Providing Engineering Consultancy Services for conducting required soil investigation and submitting detail design of pavement / road section on the basis of soil investigation report and actual ground condition at site and spot survey for levelling & profiling of road as per relevant specification including vetting of the design from approved govt. engineering collage etc. All complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge .

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 metres. (Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location/ disposed earth to be spread and dressed within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Excavation in Ordinary Rockusing Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 metres. (Excavation for roadway in ordinary rock with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, transporting to embankment site/disposed rock to be spread and dressed within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.)

Construction of embankment or filling of depression with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of MORTH specification table 300-2 upto satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived fromnatural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) sqm

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom.With rapid setting bitumen emulsion On W.B.M / W.M.M. @ 0.4kg/sqm

4 cm thick bitumastic sheet with hot bitumen of approved quality, using stone chippings (60% with 12.5 mm nominal size and 40%with 10 mm nominal size) @ 2.60 cum per 100 sqm and coarse sand @ 2.60 cum per 100 sqm of road surface and with bitumen @56 kg/cum of stone chippings and @ 128 kg/cum of sand over an tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne etc. complete. (tack coat to be paid separately) :With paving asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concretepaver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinc coated, Mesh wire diameter 3.0 mm, mechanically edged/ selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meterof mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied @ 3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 450 mm dia RCC pipes.

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 600 mm dia RCC pipes

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 900 mm dia RCC pipes.

Supplying and filling moorum / Good earth obtained from approved quarry for subgrade, embankment, depressions as instructed and in layers not exceeding 20 cm (loose) in depth (or any thickness as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge in case vibratory roller / soil compactor is used) including breaking clods, watering, consolidating each layer with power road roller 8 -10 tonnes weight or vibratory roller / soil compactor of adequate capacity under optimum moisture content condition to give at least 95% of the maximum laboratory dry density (modified Proctor density) as per IS : 2720 (part VIII) complete including leveling, fine dressing to the required grade, camber and slope complete as per MORTH specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with all leads and lifts. (The item includes cost of work, payment of necessary royalty, carriage of moorum / suitable earth upto work site for all leads and lifts involved from all sources acquired or arranged by the contractor. Payment shall be made for compacted quantity only.)

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 shall be taken as 110 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].

Provinding and appliying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of Viscosity grade VG-10 (80/100) conforming IS: 73 including heating the bitumen , spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing Runway/Road surface as per specification complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer In Charge. If the the actual quanitity of bitumen varies from the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution . The rate of VG-10 bitumen exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment. a) 0.35kg/sqm on bituminous surface
