CABINET TYPE FCUs

SITC of double skin cabinet type chilled water Fan Coil constructed out of sandwiched panels minimum 45mm thick PUF insulation, 2.5mm thick thermal break profile.The outer sheet of the panel shall be 0.8mm thick and the inner sheet shall be 0.63mm thick. The unit shall have the provision to collect the return air also from the front facia of the unit below the supply air opening. (please refer enclosed sketch). The FCU shall be complete with pre-filters, fan section with DIDW forward curved fan directly coupled to a single phase motor operable in 3 speeds, 3 row deep cooling coil, Aluminium powdercoated grille sized for both supply air and return air.The unit shall have 150mmx150mm aluminium powdercoated grill with aluminium collar dampers on the boxing for fresh air provision. The unit shall be sized to accommodate the isolation valves as well as the control valve. The FCU shall also be factory fitted with isolation valves(ball valve with strainer at inlet and without strainer at outlet), 2 Way Motorised Valve(On/Off type), necessary interconnections etc., Price to include for Room Thermostat with On/Off, Fan Speed and Temperature Control with a digital display & upto 15Rmt of interconnecting wiring between FCU and Thermostat in MS conduits. Coil section shall be with suitable air vent and drain points.

SITC of Valve Station for Cassette Units. It shall consist of ball valve set with/without strainer, 2-Way motorised On/Off type Valve with spring return(the valve should return to closed condition on removal of power supply),and a powdercoated tray for collection of drain. Price to include cabling of upto 10RMT in PVC conduits between the valve station and cassette unit for thermostatic control.

FLOOR MOUNTED TYPE - VERTICAL

SITC of air handling unit with double skin construction Floor Mounted Horizontal/Vertical AHU using minimum 45mm thick sandwiched sheet metal panels with RPUF , density 38-42 Kg/CuM. The AHU shall be as per the specification under sections "Air Handling Units" in the tender document. Thermal break profile is required.

The AHU's shall be sized such that the valve package consisting of isolation butterfly valves, Y strainer, 2 way modulating valves, balancing valves can be mounted inside the AHU casing itself.

AHU inlet air condition to be considered as 23 deg C, 55%H. Chilled Water In/Out temperature to be considered as 7 deg C and 15 deg C respectively.

Fan section shall be with AMCA Certified backward curved type blower, aerofoil type, belt drive and a view window in the access door. All maintenance panels easily accessible for purpose of servicing or repairs. The fan outlet shall be connected to the AHU using fire retardant flexible connector. Fan motor shall be 3 Phase, TEFC Squirrel Cage motor suitable for operation with 415+10%V 50Hz supply. TEFC motor i shall be provided with a VFD in the starter panel.

ESP of AHU shall be minimum 25mm WC

Price to include for Room Thermostat with On/Off, Fan Speed and Temperature Control with a digital display & upto 25Rmt of interconnecting wiring between AHU and Thermostat in MS conduits.

Chilled Water Piping

CHILLED WATER PIPING IN TRENCHES

SITC of Chilled water piping with MS C class pipes as per IS 1239 in welded constructions complete with all fittings etc., The pipes shall be supported on masonry pedestals provided at every 2.4m intervals(trenchwork and masontry pedestals would be carried out by Clients) and clamped to the pedestals. The pipes would be pre-insulated with HDPE jacketed PUF insulation. Density of PUF insulation shall be minimum 38-42kg/m3. All field joints shall be insulated by injecting PUF into a field-made HDPE casing. The field made HDPE casing shall be site welded with hot gun/other suitable HDPE welding methods with the factory made casing to provide a water tight joint.

MS pipe 100mm dia NB, HDPE pipe min 315mm OD, Min thickness 7.7mm.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of leak detection and location tape fixed to the chilled water pipework before carrying out insulation. The tapes shall be typically in 6m lengths or as per site requirement in line with layout complete with requisite connectors.

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg / cu m density,thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class 'O' insulation applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect.

Note:- The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above.

COPPER CHILLED WATER PIPING

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sequencing panel to control the Chilled water Indoor unit in Working + Standby as per the below configuration. The panel should have necessary controller, controls, thermostat etc to perform sequencing & equal run hours etc. Incase if the temperature is not maintained with the working unit, the standby unit should come ON automatically. The cost should include necessary control cabling. The panel shall have suitable contact points for monitoring of status through BMS. Cost shall include necessary cabling from the controller to the indoor units in MS conduits.

Ducting, Insulation & Grills

RECTANGULAR DUCT

Supply, Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning of Factory fabricated rectangular ducts(boxed up in factory) of approved makes using GI Sheets. The price shall include rolamate / TDF flanges, turning vanes, supports (factory fabricated, full threaded rod & GI slotted channel and also vertical duct necessory supports), sealant (neoprene gasket), hangers, access door etc. Only flanged joints are acceptable for ducts above 100mm size. All transverse joints shall be sealed with silicon sealant. The joints shall be with least leak. The duct gauge construction shall be for 2" static as per SMACNA 3rd edition.

INSULATION

SITC of Thermal insulation of Rectangular/Flat oval/Circular supply air & return air ducts using closed cell Nitrile rubber (class "O") insulation with LOW VOC adhesive on both surface of the duct and inner face of the insulation. Insulation shall be done internally inside the duct for Rectangular/Flat oval / circular ducts. The joints shall sealed with 48mm wide, 3mm thick self adehesive nitrile rubber tape. Insulation will be measured as the same area of the duct being insulated. No additional payment will be made for insulating flanges etc., The insulation thickness shall be as follows.

9mm thick insulation

SITC of Acoustic lining of Rectangular with 10mm thick open cell nitrile rubber foam of 140 to 180 kg/cum density, thermal conductivity 0.050w/mk and class 1 rating. Inside surface for the ducts shall be covered with Low voc adhesive recommended by manufacturer and mechanically secured. Insulation will be measured as the same area of the duct being insulated.

Duct Dampers and Fire Dampers

SITC of duct dampers (VCD) of opposed blades of aluminium aerofoil section housed in sturdy aluminium frame with PVC/nylon gears, lockable handle etc.,

SITC of Multiplying Contactors for multiplying the Fire Alarm input provided by the Fire Alarm vendor. The scope shall include necessary 24V transformer, contactor with at least 8 NO/NC points complete with wiring etc.,With the use of these contactors, it should also be able to trip AC units, AHU, Dampers, Fans etc., in case of fire signal. ( Note: The fire alarm control module will be provided by Fire alarm vendor which would accept only 24V through its NO/NC point).

Supplying & fixing of Fresh air intake louvers bird screen type with prefilter and aluminium wire mesh (Aluminium extruded only) as per specification and sizes will be as per shop drawing.

Earth work excavation

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.
