Supply, fixing and testing in replacement of conventional manual call point 24V resettable type, each MCP installed on the loop shall have a unique address, set at the commissioning stage by means of a seven-segment DIL switch. The elapsed time between activation of the MCP and initiation of the sounders in an alarm condition via command from the fire alarm control panel shall not exceed three seconds complete in all respect as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing and testing of existing unserviceable and manual call point/ fire smoke detector/fire sensor/alarm including opening, soldering of circuits, cleaning, replacement of glass, testing and painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The line matching transformer shall be provided complete in all respect as specified or indicated including testing on completion and complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the existing loop sounder by disconnecting device by movable ladder, dismantling cap & sensor board, cleaning the parts using CRC solution and check the control wiring circuit the PCB board, communication panel, device controlled by a programme, device sound & fire red flash light indication while fire activate and re addressing & re installation work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Programming the main fire alarm panel,any loop of existing make detecting the device activating the sounder according to the device, checking the communication between the all the device, fire alarm and main panel using ladder, making main fire alarm to normal display without any fault complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing / repair of Beam Master detector with Transmitter and receiver including connecting with fire fight devices and testing complete all specifed and directed.

S & F in repair of Fire Alarm Sounders / Sirens Electronic type horizontal single stage continous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 Mtr with sound output variation of + 5 DB 500 mtrs range complete all specifed and directed.

S & F in repair of Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type smoke detector Photoelectric /Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 complete all specifed and directed.

Material & labour wiring for circuit / submain wiring along with earth wire with the cable FR LSH, PVC insulated, un sheathed, copper conductor, multistranded, 1100 volts grade single core cables drawn through and including ERW steel conduit and conduit accessories surface / concealed in walls all as specified of size 2 x 1.5 Sq mm + 1 x 1.5 Sq mm for Smoke / fire detectors. Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
