Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc1.5 m in depth for foundation, or shafts, wells, cess pits manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil / rock (soft / hard / dense soil /rock) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.1 above but depth exc 1.5 m and n.exc 3.00 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1 above but depth exc 3.0 m and n.exc 4.5 m in hard rock complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1 above but depth exc 3.0 m and n.exc 4.5 m in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes internal dia / bore of pipe 150mm (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar . complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge NOTE:- Excavation / earth work shall be measured and paid seperately

All as per item No. 5 above but internal dia / bore of pipe 200 mm. NOTE:- Excavation / earth work shall be measured and paid seperately

All as per item No. 5 above but internal dia / bore of pipe 300 mm. NOTE:- Excavation / earth work shall be measured and paid seperately

S&F 150 mm bore (inner dia) double wall corrugated HDPE pipes (SN8) in any length including all fittings and jointing with elastomeric rubber rings and couplers / other jointing materials as per manufacturers instructins, laid over and including 150 mm thick sand coushning in trenches or in floors all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 8 above but for 200mm bore (inner dia).

All as per item No. 8 above but Dia/ bore of pipe 300 mm.

M & L for concrete bed PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (Using 40mm graded aggregate) to drain pipes 150 mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 11 above but 200 mm dia / bore complete.

All as per item No. 11 above but 300 mm dia / bore complete.

S & F in repair for 75 mm dia / bore cast iron soil/waste pipe(Sand cast) in any length with or without ears with cement joints laid in trenches or in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in - Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quains, arches, pillers etc and removing debries out site MOD land complete all as speified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks of old size built in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 16.00 above but in CM(1:6) -ditto-.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls or ceiling etc incl. Raking out joints ,haking for key and scrubbing down with water including removing debries out site MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick surface and finished surafaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 19 above but in cm(1:6)

M & L for Returning & filling in including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25mm thick in soft/ hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing surplus excavated material out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair factory made SFRC manhole/drain cover (Grade M-25) heavy duty cover slab in rectangular / circular/ squared shaped of size as required 80 mm thick incl MS sheet 2 mm thick and 80 mm wide all around the cover, set in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as spefcified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

M & L for cutting in to existing manhole for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendrering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( 1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required of 150 mm dia of pipe complete all as speified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 24 above but for 200mm dia.bore pipe complete.

S& F in repair Vitreous china squatting 'Orissa' pattern of size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including P or S trap etc complete all as specified and directed by Enginee-in-charge.

S & F in repair Vitreous China, squatting pan ,semi-pedestal pattern (Anglo-Indian Type)- (ditto)- complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M &L repairs for 100 mm bore CI branch pieces (equal, unequal ordinary quality) or inverted (spigot or socket type ) or with paralleled branches etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair CI Eye lid cover for 100 mm dia pipe including rubber washer & white lead fixed with two Nos of nuts of suitable size etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair CI 100 mm cast iron sanitary connection bend ( 92 1/2 degree ) with arms 380 to 450 mm including joint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F in repair CI 100 mm cast iron bends ( any radius ) dimshing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F in repair CI bends 75 / 100 mm laid and jointed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair 125 x 100 mm size salt glazed stone ware gully traps square or round mounted type P complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Cleaning of all blockage of water closet ,gully/Nahani traps ,floor traps , compltete soil,waste and vent pipes etc in any situation getting out sludge or any other materials and make complete line functional incluing cleaning of first manholes of any size / depth by flushing with water including loading and removing sludge /organic material in covered transport and disposing the same out side MOD land complete all as specified as and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of all blockage of manholes by any mean(Manually or mechenically) in any situation getting out sludge or any other materials from manholes of any size and depth n.exc 1.5 m, cleaning the manhole by flushing with water including loading and removing the taken out sludge /organic material in covered transport and disposing the same out side MOD land complete all as specified as and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 35 above but depth of manhole exceeding 1.50 m and not exc 2.50m complete all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 35 above but depth of manhole exceeding exc 2.50 m and n.exc 3.50 m complete all as spfd and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning and removal of under ground blocked sewer line at any depth, any type and size upto any dia bore of sewer line in between manholes and making the line in working condition by Mechanically used water fitting Hydraulic pressure sewer sucker machine/ capacity min 5000lit , removing all sludge and solid, semi-solid, sludge and water or any shape from sewer line and manholes by blocking the line from one manhole to other manholes and cleaning the line by flushing with water includind loading and removing the taken out sludge/organic material in covered transort and disposing the same out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed Note - After receiving complaint from MES Rep by Contractor's supervisor / Site Engineer, job to completed within 12 working hours. (Rate include all mobilisation of machine ,labour, Operator, helper reqd to clean the machine, T &P and other minor charges for 08 working Hrs).

S& F in repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR ) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors etc including removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- charge.

All as per item No. 39 above, but 110 mm bore complete. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed and in need cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment and including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick laying floor finished in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above GL ) including removing debries tiling out site MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc. capacity exc 250 but n exc 500 ltrs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Description all as per Srl item No. 53 here in before but exc 500 but n exc 1000 ltr

Cleaning of all blockage of Covered drain at any situation getting out sludge or any other materials (debries/ brocked drain cover/ vegitation / soil,) and make complete line functional incluing cleaning of drains of 300mm to 500mm width / depth and removing sludge /organic material in covered transport and disposing the same out side MOD land complete all as specified as and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Rate including removing cover of drains and refixing also.
