Dismantling of floor hearth/wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick, area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but not exc 1 sqm each as in floors with 6 mm spacer filled with Epoxy hardner mixed with Sparkling golden powder or as slected by GE including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600X 300X 7 thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including 10mm thick rendering coat in CM 1:4 on wall with 6 mm spacer filled with Epoxy hardner mixed with Sparkling golden powder or as slected by GE all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite (of any type and size) 18-20 mm thick machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 on kitchen platform, Cill of Window/Ventilator/ flooring/border etc including rubbing, grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed

M&L 20-25 mm thick machine cut cudappa stone slab in horizental/vertical jambs laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing polishing & rounding to edges of slab as in window cills/jams including screed bedding 10mm thick in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and directed.

M&L brushing neat cement slurry 3.00 kg of cement per sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finishing surfaces even and rough to receive tiles all as specified and directed.

S&F 18 mm thick Both Side pre laminated HDH of any colour, matt surface finish, grade I, for frame and shutter for kitchen cabinets/ vanity complete with all necessary fittings like SS hinges, brass, handles and magnets all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including removing debris out side MD land all as specified and directed.
