Dismantling of existing wooden flooring,wooden frame work,old any concrete work, with out disturbing the wall panelling,protecting the wall panelling from GL to 1 mtr and above with cloth/ploythene sheet,preparing the surface for PCC and dispose of wooden flooring/any material out side the campus without any extra charges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 70 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub floors complete all as specified.

S&F vetrified Ceramic dark shade/wooden shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of each tile size 600*600 mm or 1200*600 mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:4,Remaining gap between floor tiling and wall panelleing covered with teak wood fillets,Painting to wooden fillets one coat of wooden primer,two coat wooden paint matching to existing wall panelling,cleaning of hall with tile washing acid complete all as specified and all as directed by engr-in charge. M&L for providing Termiseal service post construction of Building No P-43 Treatment to soil under floor :- On the ground floor of conference hall of the building before laying the tiles treated to sureface holes of 12mm dia 30 cms apart will be drilled along the cracks only and water/chemical based emulsion will be injected. Treatment to wall and floor junction :- Holes of 12 mm dia 30 cms apart will be drilled along the inner junction of wall and floor in the entire ground floor premises.water based chemical emulsion will be injected under pressure into these holes,to create a barrier against termites,if the building is on stilts,holes shall be drilled along the column sides of ground level. Treatment to wooden fixtures :- Holes of 12 mm dia will be drilled at the base of wooden membrane such as window frames,door frames inset in the flooring and water based chemical emulsion will be injected.this treatment will be done on all floors,where wooden panelling existing inrooms of the building an oil based chemical will be sprayed on all the wood work infested by the termites with in the premises. Treatment to termite tubes :-Visible and accessible shelter mud tubes will be removed and the infested area treated with water based chemical emusion to entire building ground floor and first floor. sealing the same complete all as specified and directed. Treatment along the external perimeter of the building :-Trenching or drilling holes along the external walls of the building Holes of 12 mm dia 30 cms apart will be drilled along the inner junction of wallwater based chemical emulsion will be injected under pressure into these holes,to create a barrier against termites. Note :- Total External Approximate area of the building 5700 Sqft.(ground floor and first floor) Note :- Anti termite treatment of the Building will be 5 years of warranty,warranty certificate should be submit by the contractor before payment,in the unlikely event of any subterranean termite infestation during the contract period,the yshall carry out such treatment at no extra cost to the department without any damage of wood items existing in the building.

M&L preparation of old distempered wall surfaces by washing,rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying one coats of distemper oil emulsion.

All as per item no.7 above but on ceiling.
