Consolidation of 45-63 mm guage stone ballast for 10 cm thick (loose) coat by road roller including opening out stacks shorting ballast into different size and spraeding them including making medhi to retain water and also including screening material using for blinding purpose and also including carriage of water and T & P etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Bitumen painting over W.B.M. surface (Ist coat Painting) including supply of 13.2 mm guage stone grit and bitumen including maintenance of road side patries and watering them duri operation for proper completion of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and also including road roller charges and its fuel, the wages of fireman and Tar boiler and also supply of matwerial, labour and including priming coat T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Bitumen use VG-10.

Providing and laying 50mm Bituminous macadam with 100 to 120 batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.3% by weighty of total mix and fitter, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibrator and tandem roller achieve desired compaction as per MORTH Specification clause - 507 complete in all respect. Bitumen use VG-30 grade @ 3.3% (Including tack coat bitumen will be used VG-10 @ 0.60 kg / sqm. using by presure distributor)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface, cleaned with mechanical brooms as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder to 5 percent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic power finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and random rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 50B complete in all respects. Bitumen used grade VG-30 grade @ 5%.

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 8 cm (3") wide and 12 cm (41/2") deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of nrick finished to required template and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick soiling with M-150 brick laid on edge on both side including preparation of sub grade to required chamber and including supply of bricks filling joint with local earth spreading a blind coat of 1 cm depth of local earth P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loan, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5 M and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the tranches or in to the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or in to the plainh and removal and disposal of surplus earth as firected by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches.

Cement concrete in 1:5:10 Proportional with cement fine sand of 1.25 finess modulus and 40mm gauge approved stone ballast in foundation and under floor including supply of all materials, Labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement concrete in 1:4:8 Proportional with cement, coarse sand and 40mm gauge approved stone ballast including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M-150 class brick work in 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Flush pointing in 1:3 with cement, fine sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

2.5 cm thick 1:2:4 PCC floor without base concrete. Including all material T&P etc. complete. As per direction of Engineer-incharge

20mm thick cement concrete in 1:2:4 with cement coarse sand and 2 cm gauge stone grit.

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand & 20 mm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in slab & bed block excluding the supply of reinforcement & its bending and including its fixing in position & binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire & including the cost of binding wire & invluding providing & fixing necessary cenetring & shuttering & its removal after completion of work & supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Mild steel or Iron work in plain work such as reinforced cement concrete or reinforce brick work (when not including in an overall rates) brought to required shape as necessary & binding for the same required for proper completion of work including supply of reinforcement & its wastage. All labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

4.00 cm thick plain cement concrete floors in 1:2:4 cement , coarse sand and 20mm gauge stone grit laid in floor and finished with 3 mm floating of neat cementas specified and giving them an uniform finished including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Struck Pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 Parts of fine sand pf 1.25 fineness modulus on brick work including racking the joint washing and cleaning and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coats to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
