Water proofing treatment of roof by (A) Cleaning and removing of existing surface and other loose material over the roof. (B) Application of single coat of Asian Smartcare damp proof or equivalent mixed with water in the ratio of 1:1 via brush over the surface as a bounding coat and allow the same to air cure for atleast 2 hrs. (C) Application of Asian Smartcare damp proof two component Zikki Powder or equivalent two coats (minimum thickness of 90-100 microns each) (dry powder 80% chemical 20% acrylic resin having 52% solid contents) with proper mix proportion of part 1 and 2 via trowel. Allow the coating to air cure for minimum 3 hrs. (D) Application of Fibre glass mesh (made up of unylon and plastic with weaving size of 10x10 yarn/inch duly coated with alkaline resistant polymer) along with Asian Smartcare damp proof Water Proofing Membrance Paste mixed with water in the ration of 5kg is to 1 litre over the mesh to provide a minimum thickness of 100 merons. (E) Application of Asian Smartcare damp proof wto component Zikki Powder of equivalent two coats (minimum thickness of 90-100 microns each) (dry powder 80% chemical 20% acrylic resin having 52% solid dontents) with proper mix proportion of Part 1 and 2 via trowel. Allow the coating to air cure for minimum 3 hrs.
Crack filling in masonary walls with cement sand mortar 1:4 with water proofing material including cleaning the crack properly complete in all respect. Crack thickness above 25mm and upto 50mm (average)
Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 25 mm thick.
