SUB HEAD-I 1. Operation (As and when required) and all inclusive comprehensive maintenance of all the electromechanical services in TE Building at Mawana as per inventories attached in the relevent sections.
SUB HEAD -II 1. Replacement of sealed and maintenance free batteries for fire detection system complete as required. (M/S Exide or SS make) (a) 12 Volt, 26 AH
2. Replacement of low maintenance battery for E/A sets complete with all accessories as required.( M/S Exide Express or SS make) (a) 12 Volt, 150 AH
3. Servicing of following Engines including replacement of the consumables as recommended by manufacturer such as lube oil, lube oil filter, fuel filter, by pass filter etc. complete as required. (a) 6BTA 549G-2-1 125 KVA M/S Cummins
4. Replacement of air filters complete with all elements such as inner / outer element etc. complete as per manufacturers recommendations.(a) 6BTA 549G-2-1 125 KVA M/S Cummins
5. Providing/ Top up of coolant-inhibitor corrosion as per manufacturers recommendation complete as required. a) for Cummins
