M&L for brick work work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement and finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately

Material & Labour for rendering 20mm thick in two coats(15mm inner coat 5mm finishing coat) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and finished fair and even including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed. Note- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M & L for 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) bed to 150 mm bore drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade, glossy finished of approved colour laid over and including 25 mm thick fine sand cushion to a line and slope etc and joined complete including spreading screened river sand over surface for filling the joints and gently rolled with vibrator complete all as specified .

S & F Cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles exc 5 Kg Each complete all as specified.

M & L for rolled mild steel in joist,channel,angle or tee sections,fixed independently,without connecting plates, etc.(cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of Gde Fe-410-S

M & L for MS framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings etc conforming to Fe 290 Gd E-165 complete all as specified

M & L for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm ground stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs ,landings ,balconies canopies ,deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified.

M&L for TMT CRS bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with the clips.

M&L for form work to sides & sofits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works not exc 200mm thick ( horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat.

M&L for Soling (or sub base) with broken builders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using power roller of capacity exc 8 to 12 tonne, spread thickness 200 mm.

M&L for 200 mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM, with granite ,trap or basalt coarse aggregate of grading 1 (90 to 40 size) spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using power roller of capacity 8 to 10 tonne complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as spcified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30 grade with 6% binder content by weight of total mix, laying with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using power roller of capacity 8 to 10 tonne complete all as specified and as directed Note- i) Asphaltic dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall mix design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 ( Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009, The adjustment in rate on MINUS side variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 60.00 per Kg. No claim whatsoever shall be made for adjustment in plus side.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles including copings etc.and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART I (E/M) WORKS) Supply, laying and testing 150 mm bore ductile iron pressure pipe (ISI Marked) with spigot and socket ends class K-9, conforming to IS:8329, PN-10,including rubber gasket (conform to IS 5382), push on joints, push on rubber (EPDM) ring , laid in trenches in any length complete all as specified and as directed. Note- DI fittings shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, install, connecting and testing of sluice valve (ISI Marked) of size 150 mm dia, class PN-1.6 double flanged CI body, wheel and brass spindle and nuts etc. non rising type conforming to IS-14846 including jointing materials i.e. rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed complete.

M&L for DI fittings spigot socketed and flanged pipe such as bends, tee pieces, 'Y' junction,reducer, cross collars caps and plugs of any type or radius upto 150mm bore pipe.

Supply, laying,connecting & testing 50 Sqmm x 4 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade, aluminum conductor cable laid in trenches / pipes / fixed on wall with suitable size GI clamps including taking out old cable all as specified and directed. Note :- (i)PCC cable cover, sand cushioning , excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately . (iii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for necessary aluminium lugs,cable glands etc complete.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for laying of water supply pipe line/LT cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point

M & L for dry river sand as cushioning for protection of UG cable including punning of sand in layers all as specified. Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured and paid

Supply & laying factory made un-reinforced precast concret cable cover class LV type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm all as specified & directed.

M& L for GI tubing 50 mm bore ISI marked, light grade laid in tenches for cable protection, across the road/path/along the pole etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , fixing, testing in repairs of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile copper rod of 3 Mts length & 25 mm dia with 250 micron ( averaSchneider ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF Powerfill Loresco compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag of 50 Pounds required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp alongwith copper cable/strip should also be supplied along with the set alongwith earth pit weatherproof incl complete all as specified and directed. Note : Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. The cost of copper strip/wire for terminal connection is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated and sheathed 1100 volts grade flat type submersible cable three core multi stranded copper conductor of 6 sqmm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing HDPE pipe of 150 mm bore, material grade PE 63, PN-10 and conforming to IS-4984: 1995 for submersible pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commssioning of three phase 10 HP, 1440 RPM, Non clog vertical submersible pumps through OEM, head range 4-14m, discharge 3360-480, pipe size 150mm with chrome steel impeller and cutter, non-clog to pass maximum 45 mm size solid particles including Supply, installation with guide rail and lifting chain, cables, Earthing, testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar Model No. 7500CW or technocommercial equivalent make Note : The supporting channel of suitable size as per OEM specifications for fixing of MS chain for holding submersible motor over a sewage well is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Suply and fixing MS chain made of 6 mm dia size for holding submersile pump set/column pipe including pipe and necessary holding (MS) clamp nuts, bolts etc. complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing 150mm bore cast iron Non Return Valve (NRV) (ISI marked) with flanged end with nuts and bolts complete all as directed.

M&L for cutting road/hard surface of size 300mm x 450mm for laying of cable including returning filling and top 150mm with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 and making good disturbed surface as per existing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay GI tubing, light grade, 50 mm bore as cable protection fixed on walls/poles/laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of MCCB 4 Pole 125 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA thermal and megnetic adjustable type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of mild steel ERW pipe distribution header of under mentioned size including branches complete with welding work including two coat of synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete with end plates provison of following :- Main Header :- Main header of size 310 mm outer dia with wall thickness 6 mm ERW pipe not less than 3.0 m long complete with end plate 10 mm thick welded on both ends. (a) INCOMING: Incoming branch of size 150 mm bore (NB) with wall thickness 5.40mm ERW pipe - 03 Nos. (03 x non clog pumps) (b) OUTGOING : Branches connection of size 150mm bore (NB) with wall thickness 5.40mm ERW pipe -02 Nos. ( Note : one number branch suitable to fix valve with end plate 10 mm thick) Note :- (a) Thickness of MS flange shall be 8 mm. (b) All cutting, welding, end plates, flanges rubber gasket, connection, nut bolts & washers , PCC work , brick work, earth work and plastering for fixing of header shall inclusive in the quoted rate.
