Description of Items :

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, casement windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular/appropriate Z sections/ Aluminium grill of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necesssary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately.) For fixed portion Powder coated aluminimum (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

For shutters of doors, windows and ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket required, roling wheel, hings, push handle, sliding arregment for door, door sil etc. Powder coated aluminimum (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing Float glass (black or dark blue) panes withnecessary accessories 5 mm thick glass pane ( plain Float glass)

Providing and fixing plywood 4 mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, including priming coat on unexposed surface with : Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture (green ply or equilavent)

Providing and fixing wall panelling madeout of required thick plywood of marine poerply conforming to IS: 710-1976 (100% gurjan) of green ply/century ply 12 mm thick ply

French spirit polishing: Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing bright finished 100 mm mortice lock with 6 leverswithout pair of handles of approved quality for aluminium door, withnecessary screws etc complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised(anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868),transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screwsetc. complete : 300x16 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked,anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868)transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screwsetc. complete. Twin rubber stopper

Removing of Existing damaged / worn out PVC tiles flooring from the wooden tiles and again placing in the original position.

Providing and fixing tubler handle 300 mm long with SS screwes etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing homogeneous Polyvinyl chloride sheet/ tile(Make of wonder floor or equivalent ) in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop S-758, Fevicol SR-998 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete as directed by Engineer, in approved colour and shade. 2mm thick sheet.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre
