Taking out existing unserviceable sluice valve of any type and supply and fix CI sluice valve 150 mm dia class PN 1.6 flanged type with grey cast iron body, bonnet dome, wedge, stuffing box, gland thrust plate cap, SS spindle stem, carbon steel bolts, nuts etc complete complying to IS 14846 and including necessary fixing arrangement as required at site by providing rubber/ fibre gaskets, and all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.1 above, but of size100 mm dia

All as per item No.1 above, but of size80 mm dia

Taking out existing unserviceable gate valves and supply and fix Gun metal gate valve 50 mm dia bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes and complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 2 above, but of size 40 mm dia

All as per item No. 2 above, but of size 25 mm dia

All as per item No. 2 above, but of size 20 mm dia

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing GI pipes medium grade laid in trenches/wall/floors/roofs etc in any length with screwed and socket joints together with and including with all galvanised steel fittings such as sockets, elbows, bends, tees, reducers, short pieces, unions, caps, plugs etc all as specified and directed of following sizes :-

(a) 100 mm dia

(b) 80 mm bore

(c) 50 mm dia

(d) 40 mm dia

(e) 25 mm dia

(f) 20 mm dia

(g) 15 mm dia

Material and Labour for cutting of existing GI pipe line of 100mm dia for alterations and additions including screwing of GI pipe and providing GI fittings of suitable size and as required at site of work including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as directed

M& L for Construction of Brick masonry valve chamber of size 600 x 600x 600 mm internal size with wall thickness 230 mm in cement mortar 1:6 including base concrete (1:4:8) type D2, plastering with cement mortar 1:6 including provision of MS sheet of 3 mm thickness complete with locking arrangement with 7 lever lock (01 Nos), lifting handle complete all as specified in Drg No AFB/TD/056 Sht 1/2 2/2 including demolition of existing damaged valve chambers complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- The item rate is deemed to be including excavation and earth work RFR and plastering in CM 1:4 / concrete / Brick masonry / Cover etc)

All as per item No.5 above but of size 450mm x 450mm x 450mm complete all as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type soil complete all as specified

Returning, filling in trenches the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25cm including watering and well ramming complete all as specified

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as directed

Material and labour for Flanged joints with fibre board gasket 6mm thick including applying white paste of following sizes:-

(a) 80 mm dia

(b) 100 mm dia
