Nature of Work : Repairs of PUE School building seniyanallure in vadarangam panchayat at kollidam block RBIOCGS - 2023-24

Dismantling, clearing away and carefuully stacking materials useful for reuse for Plastering including all charges etc., complete.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, and all labour for watering, curing and all leads for good water including cost of form work, and all labour etc., complete.

CC 1:4:Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all Brick work in CM 1:5 mix usihg country bricks of size 8¾x4¼x2¼ including cost and conveyance and all other labour charges etc., completed

Supply & Fixing of 35mm thk.single leaf high density interior grade marine plywood shutters pasted both sides 1.5mm thk.laminate approved design with 35x12mm T.W.lipping and all etc complete

Flooring With Cuddapah Slab 50mm thick over bed of concrete 100mm

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing weathering course with one course of Mechine pressed Tiles of size 20x20x2cm over lime concrete 20 mm Brick jelly including cost and conveyance all materials to worksite, including all labour for watering, curing with 200m lead for good water etc., complete.

White washing two coats with shell lime including cost and all labour charges and all etc complete

Distempering two coats over cement plasterd wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaing, preparing the surface and curing etc complete

Colour washing two coats with Plastic Emulsion over cement plasterd wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaing, preparing the surface and curing etc complete

Painting with ready mixed approved colour paint to coats over new iron steel work including cost and conveyance of all material to worksite, and all labour and all other incidental charges etc., complete

Painting with ready mixed approved colour paint to coats over new iron steel work including cost and conveyance of all material to worksite, and all labour and all other incidental charges etc., complete black board

Repairs to doors including all labour charges

Providing new windows including all labour charges

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq mm (22/0/3) PVC insulated Sc. Unsheathed cu. Conductor cable of 1100 V. Grade in Suitable PVC rigid pipe consealed on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3 mm thick hylum sheet cover with T.W. switch box and 5 A F.T switch making good of the conceakled portion with suitable colour for PVC consealed light/Fan Point. SD No. 24.

Supply and fixing of CF lamp fitting including angle holder.

Supplying and fixing 1200 mm (48") AC ceiling fan with stepped regulator 300W regulator with 1m down rod on the existing clamp. SD No. 106.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq mm (22/0/3) PVC insulated Sc. Unsheathed cu. Conductor cable of 1100 V. Grade in Suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with 150x100x113 mm T.W. switch box for 5 A 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connetion of 14 SWG TC wire for PVC plug point. SD No. 34

Supply and fixing of WT Bulk head fitting with guard (Philips/Bajaj/Crompton/K,lite) suitable for incandescent lamp with 60 W bulb. SD No. 80
