M & L for Returning filling of soft/loose soil in including spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removing excavated soil exc 250 m and but n.exc 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC pipes dia 300mm, class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collars for hume pipe culverts complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M &l for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade paver blocks with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coat of cement based paint on newly plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of old surfaces of Wall and applying one coat of Cement Base Paint on walls all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as above but one coat of cement base paint on old surfaces on walls.

Cleaning manually of blocked WC seat trap, inside house and gully trap it includes remove/refixing of grating and cleaning of WC's trap,kitchen/bath traps any type/pattern (pedestal/squatt pattern) upto 1st manhole and making the drain pipe of any size full functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including cleaning of 1st manhole and removing the waste material/sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50m and burring the same in pits complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Measurement will be carried out each time depend on blockage)

Cleaning/clearing mechanically the sewage line of any description / SGSW pipe of size 200mm dia at any depth , removing any type of blockage including destling , descaling & dechocking with combine hydralic operated sewer suction cum jetting machine mounted on LCV/HCV by using high pressure thermo plastic water jetting hose and throgh conical ronnd shaped nozzle with piston action rodding from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank / well through sewer line (Measurement will be carried out all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of underground SGSW pipe of size 150mm dia by rodding from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank/well) including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and reomving waste material/sludge to a distance of n.exc 50m and burrying the same pit and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning ( Measurement will be carried out each time depend on blockage ) Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of septic tank and soakage well any size by dewatering, taking out mud/sludge/quid from septic tanks, soakage wells not exceeding 1.5meter deep getting out and removing & depositing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 100meter in borrow pits, excavating borrow pits and covering the filled borrow pits with minimum 10cm thick layer of earth, and 2 cm thick lime on top surface to prevent spread out of foul smell. After taking out sludge and solid deposits, the inside of the septic tank, etc shall be cleaned with water complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank and soakage well any size by dewatering, taking out mud/sludge/quid from septic tanks, soakage wells exceeding 1.5meter but not exceeding 3.00 meter deep getting out and removing & depositing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 100meter in borrow pits, excavating borrow pits and covering the filled borrow pits with minimum 10cm thick layer of earth and 2 cm thick lime on top surface to prevent spread out of foul smell. After taking out sludge and solid deposits, the inside of the septic tank shall be cleaned with water, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia 150mm (salt glazed ware, AC or reinfirced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia 200mm (salt glazed ware, AC or reinfirced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cemnt concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and forming benching as required. Internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specified.

M & L for DWCPE(SN4) pipes nominal dia 172.50 (OD)/148.50(ID) mm diameter Pipes) laid on any depth of trenches including jointing/cutting as required length pipes with jointing with socket/spight with elastomeric sealing complete activities to execute and make sewer line functional all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L complete removal of existing treatment and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces of Over Head Tanks including staging/scaffolding complete all as specified.

M&L for 70mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type-B1 using 20mm grade aggregate as in floor etc, Concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing any type or size

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair mild steel works conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 as in angle iron post and struts/ flat iron fillets in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc incl all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc

S & F in repairs mild steel screw bolts (machine made hia of neck 10mm) with hexagonal or square heads at one end screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces any description over 10cm width or girth and priming with a coat of red oxide and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floor), beams,staircases, landing, chajjas, fins, facia and similar suspended work complete all as directed.
