S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile reinforced with MS square tube, fixing in opening as per specifications complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. Note :- The measurement for payment purpose shall be taken of flat area of front elevation and not girthwise. No other allowance for sides, folded portion, etc shall be admissible. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include this provision.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for removal of loose concrete and cleaning the surfaces and filling the cracks with Polymer modified mortar using Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or other equivalent product as approved by the GE and thereafter applying two coats of Dr Fixit Bathseal WPC or other equivalent product as approved by the GE in Sunken areas complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, specified & directed. Note : Where contractor desire to use equivalent product of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP and Dr Fixit Bathseal WPC, he shall submit the technical literature of equivalent products to establish the equivalency of products to the entire satisfaction of GE and both products shall be of same manufacturer as approved by the GE.

M&L for rendering 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces in sunken portion, with Neeru finish complete all as specified & as directed. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm graded brick aggregate as in mass concrete, filling in Sunken portion and similar works, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : The PCC shall be filled in sunken portion only after 24 hours ponding test and clearance from the Engineer-in-charge after ascertaining that no leakage/seepage is noticed. The quoted rate of this item shall deemed to be included this provision.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Tiles shall be dismantled carefully and stacked properly including segregating the serviceable & unserviceable tiles as directed. Serviceable tiles shall be reused under the respective item of this Schedule.

Demolition of mud phuska in roof any thickness including plastering & leeping (whether full thickness removed or only part thereof) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 80mm thick average consolidated thickness, mud phuska on flat roofs including 25mm thick mud plaster complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles, joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, laid on roof over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 53 here-in-before but except brick tiles. Note : Old serviceable brick tiles retrieved from serial item No 49 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut 20 to 25mm thick Kota stone as in cooking platform, shelf and similar works, laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing including bull nosing of exposed edges complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Kota stone shall be brought at site in minimum size of 0.90m x 0.60m.

M&L for 20 to 25mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in single piece as in treads/landings of stair case & the like, laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified. Note : The nosing of treads/landings shall be made full round with two parallel grooves of 3mmx3mm and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in single piece as in risers of stair case & the like, laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 4 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on surfaces other than fair face of brick work or stone masonry of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked cables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit ISI marked not less than 25mm dia & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed concealed in wall/ceiling complete including dismantling & taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring. Notes :- (i) 02 runs of 4 sqmm size main cable, 01 run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable & conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose. (ii) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete including taking down old unserviceable pipe with clamps. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.
