Demolition of brick work/ stone masonery built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material exc 100 mtr as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any decription on brick work including racking out jointing hacking for key scrubbling down with water and removing all the demolished material outside cantt area.

Demolition cement concrete of any description and in any position (not otherwise specifically provided for) incl removing from site to a distance n exc 500 m all as specified.

Demolition of reinfored cement concrete of any description and in any position and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence permises.

M&L Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 as in floor 75 mm thick all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 as in floor 75 mm thick all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

M&L providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

M&L Cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, (with white cement and pigment) and cut and polished. over 15 mm thick CM 1:4 cpmplete all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, 110 mm dia, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified.

S&F Cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles note exc 5 kg each.

M&L Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 (12.50mm graded aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Supply only 2 inch aperture Chain link MS galvanized fencing (4mm dia wire) to fix with angle iron with flat iron with suitable nut bolt any size or type complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire

Supply and fixing MS Round bars 10 mm dia, fix in chain link fencing using 0.90 mm dia GI wire as strengthing bar complete all as specified. Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165)

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) compete all as specified.

Ditto all as per No 22 but titening old barbed wire & restraining resecuring including making good staples etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per item No 24 but except brick.

M&L reinforced cement concrete Type- B-1 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) (nominal mix) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

M&L mild steel TMT bars but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified.

M&L Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding,(Thickness of sheet in 1.25mm) steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified.

M&L Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x450x7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed white or colored cement to match the surface over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 all as specified. (Sample as approved & Kept in GE's sample room)

Repair to steel gates ( including Slot pin, Pintol hinge, Ball bearing, hook and eye of stander ad quality where required, resecuring of MS plates/sheets and Guard bars / grills by using welding equipments.

M&L walling of random rubble, stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per item No 48 but except stone.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone and dressing of face beds with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface on sand stone n.exc 20mm complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone agg) as in coping complete all as specified

M&L Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, un coarsed or brought up to courses in cm 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L precast PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded crushed stone agg as in bond stone in stone walling set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Broken stone or boulders hand packing (any thickness) at back of wall over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the reqd level.

S&F 75 mm dia, PVC pipe as in weep holes in retaining wall complete all as specified & directed.
