Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in hard /dense soil all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches, as in cable cushioning all as directed. Note :- Punned thickness will be considered for payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Boring of holes under roof, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure all as pecified and directed.

Supply, Lay, testing and commissioning of HT UG cable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty earthed) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete laid in trenches or fixed on walls /floors etc.all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Lay, testing and commissioning of HT UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty earthed) with stranded aluminium conductor,11000 volts grade of size 3 core 120 Sqmm complete laid in trenches or fixed on walls /floors etc.all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Lay, testing and commissioning of HT UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty earthed) with stranded aluminium conductor,11000 volts grade of size 3 core 240 Sqmm complete laid in trenches or fixed on walls /floors etc.all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fault finding of HT 11 KV 3 core, XLPE cable of size 95/120/185 sqmm by thumping and echo instrument/ computer aided fault finding kit, and finding out exact location of the fault complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :(i) Necessary excavavation, reterning refilling and removal of soil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule.

Supplying and jointing in repair straight through jointing kit (Heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for HT 11 KV XLPE earthed UG cable of size 3 core 95 sqmm aluminum conductor and testing complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (Make: Birla 3M/Denson/M Seal/Raychem)

Supply and fix in repair Indoor type cable terminations (heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for 3 core 11KV HT U/G XLPE earthed cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm Sq.mm including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make - M-Seal/Denson/Raychem or equivalent.)

Supply and fix in repair Indoor type cable end terminations (heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for 3 core 11KV U/G XLPE earthed cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm Sq.mm including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.(Make: M-Seal/Denson/Raychem) or equivalent.

Supply and fix in repair outdoor type cable terminations (heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for 3 core 11KV U/G XLPE earthed cable of size 50 to 95 Sq.mm including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.Make - M-Seal/ Denson/Raychem/Birla 3M or equivalent.

Supply and fix in repair outdoor type cable end terminations (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core 11KV U/G XLPE earthed cable of size 120 to 185 Sq.mm including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:M-Seal/Denson/Raychem/Birla 3M) or equivalent.

M & L for Preparing to old painted steel/metal surface of any description over 10 CM in width or girth of HT VCB panel indoor/Outdoor of various locations and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with fine quality with suitable spray gun including writing of panel details all as specified and as direted by Engr-in-charge. Note:-(i) Writing includes SL No, details of Incoming and outgoing, area indication as directed by Engineer- in-Charge

Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any size/type all as specified and as directed.

M & L for ACSR aluminium conductor, steel reinforced of suitable size all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Labour only for restringing of overhead lines of conductor with permissible sag including properly binding with insulators by providing new ACSR conductors of existing size or any size (Each conductor) for HT 11000 Volts by taking down old u/s ACSR conductor after restringing binding with new ACSR conductor of same size all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channel or angle etc complete and setting aside for re-use within 50m or for offering credit all as directed.

M & L for cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from sturctural steel sections including nuts,bolts, washers, weldding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of Synthetic enamel paint

Dismantling insulators of any type and any size all as directed.

M/L for pin type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulators including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers one GI nut 150mm height 150mm dia for 11 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M/L disc insulator porcelain vitreous 145 mm high and 255mm dia ball and sockent type, white brorwn or green single disc assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of lightening arresters of any size.

Taking down GOD alongwith dropout fuse assembly of any capacity all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for gang operated device (GOD) HT 11 KV outdoor type suitable for vertical mounting fixed type complete with insulators and frame with operating mechanism (including GI pipe medium grade 25mm dia pipe, necessary supports) worked from ground level complete with locking arrangements including pad locks with key of rating 400 Amps all as specified and directed.( Make Jayashree/Jayapuria/BHEL/GODREJ)

Repairs to air break gang operated switches / vertical / horizontal mounted including operating mechanism for replacement of broken / worn out components for moving contacts blades, fixed contact jaw, copper braded tape, MS supports, back connected plates, jumper carriers. Note : Spare / components shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item and Fixing charges for labour shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

M&L for expulsion fuse unit assembly, out door type, single pole 50 Amps capacity including fuse element 25 Amps to 50 Amps and insulator conforming to IS specifications suitable for HT 11KV all as specified and directed.

M&L for jumper connections between GOD and drop out fuses and transformers with ACSR conductor 6/1X3.35 mm (rabbit) not exe. 2 mtr long including necessary lugs where ever required /aluminum heavy duty PG clamps / binding properly without any loose contact all as directed after removing the old jumpers including PVC sleeve not more than 1.70 RM all as specified and as directed.

M&L for jumper connections between GOD and drop out fuses and transformers with ACSR conductor 6/1X3.35 mm (rabbit) length exceeding 2 mtr but not exe. 3.5 mtr long including necessary lugs where ever required /aluminum heavy duty PG clamps / binding properly without any loose contact all as directed after removing the old jumpers including PVC sleeveincluding PVC sleeve not more than 3.2 RM all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair and servicing of HT 11KV four pole structure by repalcing galvanized PG clamps, GI bolts and nuts,pieces of ACSR conductor with insulation of any size as jumpers including lubricating the moving parts of AB switch and cleaning of all disc/pin insulators and applying silicon compound for prevention of arcing due to dust/salt deposits over the surfaces including applying one coat of red oxide primer on rusted portions after preparation of surfaces & applying a coat of aluminium paint to the entire steel structure complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair and servicing of HT 11KV two pole structure by repalcing galvanized PG clamps, GI bolts and nuts, pieces of ACSR conductor with insulation of any size as jumpers including lubricating the moving pars of AB switch and cleaning of all disc/pin insulators and applying silicon compound for prevention of arcing due to dust/salt deposits over the surfaces including applying one coat of red oxide primer on rusted portions after preparation of surfaces & applying a coat of aluminium paint to the entire steel structure complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing old faded painted surfaces of 11m long steel tubular pole complete including all accessories such as cross arms bracings, brackets etc and paints with two coats of Aluminium paint of approved tint including writing pole number with paint same as existing earlier all as directed

M & L for Preparing of old faded paint surface and painting with paint to existing HT PCC/RCC poles of size 11m long upto the height of 1.2 Mtr from the bottom with approved white and Blue colour alternatively including numbering of poles same as existing earlier all as specified and directed

Online Centrifuging (filteration/dehydration) of transformer oil including checking initial and after filteration Dielectric Strength of oil for transformers, Isolation transformers and voltage stabilizers located in various places of technical and domestic area with suitable machine having filteration, heating and pumping facility to improve the dielectric strength/insulation value of oil. Note :- (i) Di electric strength of oil after filteration/dehydration shall not be less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap. (ii) Oil for toping up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule (iii) The contractor will take shut down orders in writing atleast two days before from Engr-in-charge before commencement of work. (iv) The dielectric strength of oil shall be tested before and after filtration and necessary test certificates shall be submitted to the Engr-in-chaerge.

Supply & topping up of new transformer oil conforming to IS-335/1983 for transformer/VL unit, up to the marked level all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge Note: (i) Mineral oil grade shall be used. (ii) The transformer oil should have a IR value of the oil should not less than 60KV/Min (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to cost of filtration and testing etc.

Supply and fix the silica Gel container (breather) including silica Gel suitable for the transformers of capacity 50 KVA to 200 KVA after dismantling the old U/S breather complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix the silica Gel container (breather) including silica Gel suitable for the transformers of capacity 250 KVA to 500 KVA after dismantling the old U/S breather complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fill silica Gel for 11KV/415V Transformers rated of various capacities by replacing the contaminated one from the transformer

Material and labour for repairs to transformer at various locations of technical and domestic area after removing nuts and bolts of transformers of capacity 200 to 500 KVA and taking out the leaked portion such as bushes, joints, and replace the gaskets after cleaning the surface and refixing the nuts and bolts and ensure no leakagre complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Opening carefully and replace the clear acrylic sight window cover along with gasket of oil level indicator of the transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA all as specified and as directed

M&L for painting distribution transformers/Isolation Transformers/Voltage stablizers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after neatly cleaning and preparing the surface all as directed for the transformers of the following capacity including writing SM/MES No. with white colour synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Checking & testing of out door transformers of any type / capacity for IR value by applying 5000 V / 500 V by means of HT / LT meggar after removing primary / secondary terminal connections including reconnecting and charging back the transformer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note : Test results obtained shall be recorded and produced to Engr in Charge in proper format duly signed by the contractor

Supply & fix porcelain vitreous HT 11 KV bushings with copper/brass studs suitable for out door distribution transformers of capacity upto 400 KVA after removing the old unserviceable studs / bushings and draining out the transformer oil from the top level up to conservator of the transformer and removing the top cover of the carefully and refixing and refilling the oil all as directed.

All same as per item No . 47 here in before but LT bushings.

Repairs/Servicing of VL switch 11KV including cleaning of complete system taking down old ruptured fuse units replace with new fuse and filteration of existing oil and making good of the fixed and moving contacts, connecting the switch for operation and testing including painting with two coats of synthetic enemel paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engr- in-Charge all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing in hard / dense soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in the sub station yards after removing stone aggregate aside all as directed at site including setting / spreading back the aggregate including filling of river sand/ stone dust upto 15cm complete all as specified and directed at site. Note:- (i) Stone dust/river sand shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) The rate also deemed to be included for labour (iii) All the sub station yards shall be kept clean through out the contract period by removing the grass/weeds as many as times required depending on the growth of the grass.

M&L for Servicing to vaccum circuit breakers (Make: KIrloskar/ABB) of rating 630/800 Amps, 11 KV, 3 Phase of different Make by removing incoming and outgoing cable connections, moving and fixed contacts cleaning the parts with CTC, servicing contacts, checking the VCB panel healthiness of faults tripping system by using secondary injection method and checking breaker, closing coils, improving the insulation resistance and re-assembling the same with new or old spares and checking the proper functioning of the whole VCB all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) New spare shall be measured and paid separtely under relevant items of schedule 'A'. (ii) Hiring of technician/service engineer from Kirloskar/ABB is the responsibility of contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Disconnect and taking out the Numeric/ Microprocessor based relay including earth fault and over current relays of any type of any Make from 11 KV HT panel, cleaning the contacts, calibrating the relay by conducting secondary injection tests, checking of current transformer, rectification of defects in control wiring for proper tripping of circuit breakers through CTs and relay and tripping coils, adjustment/setting to plug and time multiplier settings of the relay to achieve the discrimination in tripping, tune/synchronies upstream breaker relay settings, re-installation of relay, testing & commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The Contractor has to arrange necessary testing Kits, testing equipments, tools etc and shall also submit detailed test reports, panel wise, duly spiral bound. Rental rates for the testing/calibration kits & connected equipments are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Testing & tuning shall be carried out in the presence of representative of the Department, to the satisfaction of the Department.

M&L for fixing earth pit indicators made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of size 200mmx150mm duly fixed in MS angle iron 25mmx25mm of 450 mm long to be fixed to ground by means of cement concrete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing the earth resistance complete including excavation and earth work PCC type C1, 1:3:6 of size 150x150x150mm all as directed, including dismantling and taking out the old rusted / out lived earth indicators all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthling etc. as required 32X6mm GI Strip all as specified and directed.

M& L for Cutting tree branches below, top and around the HT 11 KV line and clearing not less than two mtrs around the line and keeping the line clearance through out the contract period by trimming the branches repeatedly as many as times required, depending on the growth of new branches including clearing the site by depositing the branches to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as directed by Engr-in - Charge.

M & L for Cutting and clearing of fallen down trees and branches of any size from HT/LT over head lines and clearing the site by depositing the wood to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as directed by Engr-in - Charge.

M&L for stone aggregate of size not exceeding 40 mm deposited spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm to a true surface of broken stones for transformer yard and pole structure area.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1,20mm graded aggregate for coping of poles etc incl dismantling of old coping all as specified and as directed.

M & L for servicing of volatge stabilizer of capacity 125 KVA of make : Powerone, situated at SRE complex by disconnecting the HT/LT cables and draining out oil complete and taking out the core and checking the continuity and insulation values of all three phases, reinsulating if required and inspecting and replacing the PCB in case of repair, repair and servicing of breaker, removing and cleaning the sludge from the tank, refilling the oil after filtering by using online centrifuge machine and obtain the dielectric strength of oil not below 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap including testing of volatge stabilizer by reconnecting the disconnected cables and calibrating complete all as specified and as direcrted. (Filtration of oil by using online centrifuge machine and top up of oil will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule) Note:The rate shall also deemed to be included the rate for (i) Technician, Electrician,and labours (ii) Supply and fixing of drain valve to the voltage stabilizer suitable for of make:Power one

M & L for servicing of Isolation transforners of capacity 125 KVA of Make : Power one situated at SRE Complex by disconnecting the HT/LT cables and draining out oil complete and taking out the core and checking the continuity and insulation value of coils for all three phases, inspecting and reinsulating coils if required, repair and servicing of breaker, replacing the wornout parts if any, removing and cleaning the tank, refilling the oil after filtering by using online centrifuge machine and obtain the dielectric strength of oil not below 60KV incliuding testing of isolation transformer by reconnecting the disconnected cables and calibrating complete all as specified and as direcrted.(Filtration of oil by using online centrifuge machine and top up of oil will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule) Note:The rate shall also deemed to be included the rate for (i) Technician, Electrician,and labours (ii) supply and fixing of drain valve to the isolation transformer of make:Power one

Supply spread dry river sand/stone dust on top surface of the installation area at technical and domestic area all as specified and directed.

M&L for Servicing to Ring main unit (Make: Seimens) of rating 630/800 Amps, 11 KV, 3 Phase by removing incoming and outgoing cable connections, the control circuit wiring, checking of oprerating, spring charging and interlocking mechanism and ascertaining the RMU healthiness of faults tripping system by using secondary injection method and checking breaker, closing coils, improving the insulation resistance and connecting all cable connections and checking the proper functioning of the whole RMU including replacement of minor items all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Hiring of technician/service engineer from Seimens is the responsibility of contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix cable route indicator made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of suitable size (As approved by Engr-in-charge) duly painted with two coats black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing cable direction, Nature of cable (i.e MAFI, MRS, Sub station etc.), size of cable (in SQMM), type of cable (HT/LT cable) with white paint, mounted on angle iron 40x40x3 mm, angle height 45 cm, (30cm below ground level) with PCC 20cmx20cmx15cm all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.
