Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any discription and in any position . Including cutting of reinforcement from adjoining RCC component to faciliate demolition including removal of demolished concrete from site outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Columns , pillars, piers, post and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc. vertical or to better, upto two storey complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs etc. also splays between floors and beams etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast Cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for drains/manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast in-situ Cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in storm drains and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 8mm dia TMT bars, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, chajjas to parapets etc hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 50mm thick (measured solid), set in CM 1:4, Type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick works built in cement mortor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement line plaster on bricks on storne walls etc incl racking out joints, heacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rough cast plaster of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of masonry wall including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of new plaster surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall over a coat of primer etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint white or tinted over a coat of primer specified as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel/cast iron work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; post for barbed wires walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coat Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chome with preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel and iron work complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of drains/channels of bottom width exc. 0.25m but n.exc. 0.9m and depth upto 1m by completely removing silt, soil, mud, sludge, vegetation growth, stones, muck, debris etc. manually or mechanicaly of any width and removing the collected waste at the end of each working day outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

De-silting/cleaning of sewer line exc. 100mm dia but n.exc 300 mm dia incuding man holes with mechanical device like super sucker machine, high pressure jetting machine/gantry machine or any other mechanical device whenever required & cleaning site of all muck, debris etc. obtained from cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.

De-silting/complete removing of silt, waste soil , mud , stone , muck etc from sewer manhole of any size and shape with mechanical device like super sucker machine , gantry machine or any other mechanical device whenever required & cleaning site of all muck, debris etc. obtained from cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for manholes and sewage line and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl Item No.29 above, but depth exc 1.5m but n.exc. 3.00m complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed stone ware or RCC pipe) set in cement mortar 150 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F precast factory made M-30 concrete saucer drain of 600 mm long 300 mm wide and 100 mm thick set in CM 1;4 including necessary earthwork/demolition of exosting pcc drain etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 600 mm dia SFRC manhole cover , shall bear a non fracture load of 20 MT for 30 seconds with frame of height of 165 mm, cover height 90 mm bearing (seating area of cover) 75 mm with hot dip galvanizing hook of cover 16mm , exposed surface of M.S rings shal be painted with anti corrosive bitumastic paint complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : frame to be paid seprately.

S&F 600 mm dia clear opening SFRC manhole frame, of height of 165 mm for cover height 90 mm bearing (seating area of cover) 75 mm, frame edge protection flat of size 25x3mm exposed surface of M.S rings shal be painted with anti corrosive bitumastic paint. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F SFRC manhole cover 70mm thick of any size & pattern set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of credit shown in Sch of Credit of this tender
