(a) S&F in repairs legs of Almirah Large/Glazed steel and providing new by welding made out of 1mm MS Sheet into required shape for almirah large/Glazed steel, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) S&F in repairs legs of Almirah Medium/Small steel and providing new by welding made out of 1mm MS Sheet into required shape for almirah medium/small steel , rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) S&F in repairs shelves for Almirah Large/Glazed steel with MS sheet CRC 1mm thick bent to shape including welding to the almirahs, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) S&F in repairs shelves for Almirah Medium/Small steel with MS sheet CRC 1mm thick bent to shape including welding to the almirahs, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) S & F in repairs locking device including replacement of brass 6 lever locks iron body with duplicate keys chromium plated to Almirah Large/Glazed/Medium/Small steel , rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) S&F in repairs handle Chromium plated of size 150 mm grip length with both sides screwed to Almirah large/Glazed/Medium/small steel , rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(g) Repairs to door of Almirah Large/Glazed/medium/small steel as specified including replacement of hinges all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(h) S&F in repairs Almirah glazed steel by removing of existing unserviceable mirror plain neatly and replacing the new mirror plain 5 mm thick with suitable bolts and clamps to be fitted or welded where ever required, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(j) Repair to existing shelf including welding

Chair revolving high back/low back/executive/computer with arm/without arm/visitor [ Spl/TP/MAP or similar ]

(a) S & F in repairs of maintenance free Gas lift for all type of chairs revolving rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) S & F in repairs of Padestal assy. Injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon , 50mm MS castor pin is of press fitted to each prong for holding the castor,for all type of chairs revolving rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) S & F in repairs of twin wheel castors for all type of chairs revolving rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) S & F in repairs of PU seat & back duly upholstered with best quality Acrylic/polyester febric complete for all type of chairs revolving rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) S & F in repairs removing of old upholstry from seat and back of all type of chairs with new best quality Acrylic/polyester fabric complete including uphostry work for all type of chairs revolving rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) S & F in repairs of handles of chair revolving made of black integeral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert scratch proof complete for all type of chairs revolving with arm rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR TUBULAR STEEL WITH ARMS [FD-75(M)]

(a) Repairs/ replacement of seat frame made out of superior quality hard wood 35x25mm size duly black painted and caned Godrej pattern for tubular steel chair CB with arms of overall size of seat frame 450x450mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Repairs/ replacement of back rest frame made out of superior quality hard wood 35x25mm size duly black painted and caned Godrej pattern for tubular steel chair CB with arms of overall size of seat frame 450x380mm rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Replacement of hand rest (Godrej pattern) duly painted with black enamel paint as per existing size for tubular steel chair tubler steel with arms rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Repair/replacement of Flat iron strips 20mm x 3mm, two in numbers in each seat and back, shall be welded to frame of chair, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR TUBULAR STEEL WITHOUT ARMS [FD-75(M)]

(a) Repairs/ replacement of seat frame made out of superior quality hard wood 35x25mm size duly black painted and caned Godrej pattern for tubular steel chair CB without arms of overall size of seat frame 450x380mm rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Repairs/ replacement of back rest frame made out of superior quality hard wood 35x25mm size duly black painted and caned Godrej pattern for tubular steel chair CB without arms of overall size of seat frame 450x380mm rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Repair/replacement of Flat iron strips 20mm x 3mm, two in numbers in each seat and back, shall be welded to frame of chair, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR VERANDAH [FD-19, FD-256, FD-359 FD/MAP-II/15]

(a) Repair/replacement of broken Leg, each one piece made of MS conduit pipe 16G, 19/20mm dia including welding and providing one coat of red oxide primer all as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) Welding joints of broken leg of 19/20mm MS tube & other joints as per drg

(c) Hard PVC/Nylon shoes as per drg

(d) Removal of existing worn out paint and Re-Painting to the entire frame of chair verandah with white colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approve make including removing old unserviceable cane/plastic newar from seat & back and recaning the seat & back of complete chair including handles etc with approved 4mm white plastic cane as per Matt Pattern all specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(e) Removal of existing worn out paint and Re-Painting to the entire frame of chair verandah with white colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approve make including removing old unserviceable PVC Seat from seat & back and new PVC seat provide seat & back of complete size of seat PVC 90x10 mm and 4 mm thick not less than 1.85 KG all specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE /RECTANGULAR PIPE WITH PLYWOOD TOP [FD-220]

(a) S&F in repairs to 12mm thick plywood BWR Grade, single piece of approved quality with suitable steel screw and cup washer including removal of damaged plywood, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) S&F in repairs GI Elbow 32 mm dia three way medium grade, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) S & F in repairs 32mm medium grade long rail for GI Chapoy including removing unserviceable long rail, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Making short rail for GI Charpoy obtained from Sch 'A' item No.6 (c) here-in-before cut in to length one end threaded including removing of existing unserviceable short rails all as specified and directed.

(e) Making leg for GI charpoy obtained from item No. 6 (d) above here-in-before end threading other end plugged with wooden stopper rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Reapir /Replacment of flat iron ,Supply & fixing two Nos 40 mm mild steel flat iron 16 gauge not less then 80 cm long each welded to charpoy GI at equal distance as in centre supportat midle span incl painting all as specified & directed.

TABLE OFFICE OFFICERS STEEL [FD-84(M)]

(a) S&F in repairs drawers made of 20 gauge MS Sheet duly finished with standard workmanship for Table Office Officers Steel complete same as per existing drawer, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) S&F in repairs top of Table office officer steel top with 18mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak facing and balancing white on other side all the four edges provided with suitable PVC beading, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) S & F MS Lock (6 lever brass levers) with duplicate keys for drawers/cup-board, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) M & L for welding of broken joints 25mm to 75mm complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) M & L for repair including welding and replacement of heavy duty spring with new as per existing locking device to make functional for smooth play of drawers in its original position, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) S&F of leg Made out of square pipe 25mm square pipe having wall thickness 1.6mm complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(g) Hard Rubber/PVC toe of superior quality as approved & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Table Office Clerk Steel [FD-84(M)]

(a) S&F in repairs drawers made of 20 gauge MS Sheet duly finished with standard workmanship for Table Office Clerk Steel same as per existing drawer complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Teapoy Varandah [FD-255]

(a) Replacement of frame of top (without top) of Teapoy Verandah and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint white colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) M & L for welding of broken joints of Teapoy varandah including preparation of surface and applying two coat of white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Replacement of existing unserviceable table top for Teapoy verandah made out of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board teak finish on top and balancing white with on the other and all the four edges provided with suitable PVC beading all as specified on drawing all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Table Bed side steel [FD-157 (M)]

(a) M&L for removing paint by scraping down old paint carrying out repair such as removing the dents and welding wherever required (running welding only required will be measured and paid under relevant item of this schedule) and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint black colour over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Replacement of existing unserviceable table top for Table bed side steel made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade with suitable PVC edging al-round top of table, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of existing worn out painting from in side & outside including preparation of surface frame complete of the following steel furniture and M&L for applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make over a coat of red oxide primer, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
