Item No. 1 :- Excavation for foundation in hard murum including removing the excavated materials upto a distance of 50 metres beyond the building area & lift as specified, stacking & spreading as directed including dewatering unless provided elsewhere, preparing the bed for the foundation & necessary backfilling, ramming, watering complete including shoring & strutting-

Item No.3:-Providing and laying Cast in situ cement concrete inM-10 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation andbedding including bailing out water, formwork, laying/pumping,compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided,finishing if required and curing complete, with fully automaticmicro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversibleDrum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With natural sand/V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand

Item No.4:- Providing laterite stone masonry in cement mortar 1:6 in Foundation and plinth including racking out joints where plastering is to be done watering and scaffolding complete.Basic rate as per B&C Letter no.4

Item No.5:- Filling in plinth and floors with approved excavated materials /contractor materialin 15 Cm. to 20 Cm. layers including watering and compaction complete.

Item No.6:- Providing laterite stone masonry in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure including racking out joints where plastering is to be done watering and scaffolding complete. Basic rate as per B&C Letter no.6

Item No.7:-Providing and fixing frame with / without ventilator of size asspecified with Country non teak wood for doors and indowsincluding chamfering, rounding, rebating, iron holdfast of size300mm x 40mm x 5mm with oil painting, etc. complete.

Item No.8:-Providing sills of polished Kota stone 25 mm to 30mm thick, on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including cement float, filling joints with slurry, curing polishing and cleaning etc. complete.
