Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable Submersible Pump Sets of capacity 5 HP to 10 HP including all accessories complete and depositing to E/M MES store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply,install,lowering,testing and commissioning of Submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, Three Phase , capacity 5 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,install,lowering,test and commissioning of Submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, Three Phase of 10 HP lowering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & lowering Pipes of galvanized iron, “Heavy class”, size of 50 mm (2”) dia including all fittings of 100 mm long couplings,ISI marked at every intervel of 3m length fixed and lowered for submersible pump and motor to the bore well complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F of Gunmetal Non return valve complete of size 50 mm (2”) dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of Gunmetal Gate valve complete of size 50 mm (2”) dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Submersible cable, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor flat, 3 core 4 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Flushing of bore well of 200 mm dia using rotary fast rig with compressed air/reboring at required places for cutting of roots deposited sludge/stuck up with boulders until getting of clear water from the tube well up to a depth of 100 running meter complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Ser item No 8 above but for a depth exceeding 100 running meter and not exceeding to 200 running meter. Note for Sl item No 8 & 9: Rate quoted is deemed to inclusive of clearing the bushes / making arrangements to approach the vehicle upto the bore well to the required extent for flushing.( at perimeter area).

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in coping, bed plates, etc., including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, necessary form work, including dismantling existing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT Panel indoor type made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA Sheet and MS angle iron frame with weather proof canopy, mounted on PCC pedestal, Cubical type, front and rear side openable, compartment type with hinged door lifting lugs 2 Nos, earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers and locking arrangement for each compartment, provision of air vent, dust and vermin proof, provision of cable alley with 200 Amps rated Aluminium bus bar for phase and 100 Amps for neutral having 1100 Volts grade sleaving and internal connection should be provided with aluminium strips of suitable size to accomodate and including the following duly painted with 2 coats powder coating over a coat of anti corrosive red oxide primer should accomodate the following accessories.
