B&R PORTION Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) not exc 1.50 Sqm each with and including making good the disturbed surfaces as original with CM (1:6) or PCC (1:2:4) type B0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description, not exc 1sqm each and removal from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded both side prelam PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet. Stile and rails feathered at edges PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, including supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for frame and shutters of doors, windows (three-track type) & ventilators (louvers type) including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots etc and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever/ whichever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections / three-track type made of extruded aluminium profiles with hollow multi-chamber sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as per architectural drawings and the directed (Note : The unit rate quoted by contractor includes the cost of 01 Sets louvers for each ventilator having 06-10 blades for receving glass, 03 Nos concealed type lock and 06-09 roller for three track window for shutters for each windows, 03 hinges / 01 pivots and 02 handles for each shutters of doors. Glass and wire mesh to be measured and paid separately.)
