Earth work Excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc.,including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specification.

Collection and supply of Well gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of bending to shape and tying in position and forming grills for all R.C.C works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Floor finish with granolithic flooring in CC 1:2:4 mix using 10 to 12mm chips including cost and conveyance of all materials and labours etc., complete

Paving the flooring with special type of flooring tiles (Cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (20mm thick) in CM 1:3, including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300x200x6 mm of best quality including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc complete for 10 cum

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 300x300x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M-sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc
