Repair to 26 Passengers Johnson Make 01 No. Lift installed at Emergency Block along with allied works at DH Reasi Technical specification of lifts is as below Load carrying capacity: 1768 Kgs Kgs approx. and 26 persons Make:- Johnson No. of openings and stoppages:-03 Job includes replacement of MCU (Micro Control Unit) in place of damaged one along with PM Door Motor with Pulley Assembly, 86W, 5.0 Nm, 165 RPM. Repair to ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) by replacement of VFD and electrical wiring, PCB control circuit and relays, replacement of battery terminals, connectors, fuses- 06 Nos along with complete fault rectification etc. After the necessary repairs/replacements, the testing of the lift to be done at full capacity. Complete job includes the cost of material, hiring charges of tools & tackles, transportation charges from and to the site. Also labour charges for skilled and semiskilled labour to be employed at site for execution of job including the out station charges etc. job also includes checking of governors, Over speed Governor, fly wheel and allied accessories. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, tool & tackles and taxes.
