M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding concrete, coving of vertical junctions on roof top, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(a) M&L for removal of existing water proofing treatment along with screed complete and cleaning the surface, removing dust, dirt, loose particles and unsound substrate and providing 15mm thick cement screed (1:4) mixed with Dr Fixit water proof compound as per manufacturer's direction. (b) Applying primer coat with solvent based bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr/ Sqm (c) Align Dr Fixit/STP/IWL torch shield water proofing 3mm thick membrane weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm using gas burner to heat substrate, pressing firmly from lower end to upper end with 100mm over lap. (d) Heat both overlap with round trowel to seal over lap excess compound smoothened, pressed into seam using hot trowel. (e) Seal edges well into grooves & protect with CM 1:23 (f) Applying one coat of bitumen grade 85/25 @1.20Kg per sqm. (g) Applying two coats of aluminium paint over APP membrane complete.

M&L for joint free Roof tiles of size 300x300x10mm thick with SRI > 90 laid over & including cement mortar screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and pointed in epoxy grout match the shade of tiles complete all as directed. Make: HR Johnson Endura roof tiles or equivalent as approved

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes,150 bore of pipe, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in position with walls including enlarging existing hole in slab, beam or parapet etc and making good with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F 150mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as directed

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls as in rain water pipes complete all as directed

M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) as in parapets of two to three storeyed buildings including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including demolition old brick work complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls,ceiling etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.and removing debris outside MOD premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper paint as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of true care exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as directed . M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Apex Ultima exterior paint, of approved shade over and including a coat of exterior primer as recommended by the manufacturer all as required and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for PU coated machine pressed precast concrete paver block of approved tint, shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade, as in floors/pavings laid over 40 mm thick sand cushioning layer including dismantling existing floor tile of any descrption complete in all respect and all as specified. Make : NAVEEN/SPARTEK/NITC

M&L PU coated machine pressed cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x22 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over 20mm thick screed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, including dismantling existing floor tile of any descrption complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge Make : NAVEEN/SPARTEK/NITCO

Trimming of tree including cutting of limb, and branches and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site

Cleaning of roofs,including all vegetation,shrubs including grubbing of roots of any size and description,disposal of debris outside MOD area and including filling of holes with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone agg) complete all as directed

M&L for light coloured vitrified tiles of any design and pattern, 600x600x9 to 10mm thick, as in floor incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, Group B1b with average water absorption between 0.08% to 3%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.10% (Max deviation). Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Centre & Edge curvature and warpage + 0.20% (Max Deviation). Breaking strength 1200 N (Minimum) and tiles shall be free from visible defects including dismantling existing tile work with screed bed. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by GE .Complete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No.22 above but as in skirting and vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement laid over 10 mm thick backing coat of cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling existing tile work with plaster complete all as specified and directed.
