Servicing of water treatment plant (RO) filters by checking all parts, cleaning and backwashing of filter media of all units/membrane, arressting of leakages and checking quality of water and keeping the plant in serviceable condition to provide the acceptable quality standrad parameters as required all as specified by manufactures and directed. NOTE :- (a) Servicing shall be carried out through authorised service personal/agency and necessary certificate to be submitted as proof of having carried out the services. (b) Carry out water analysis test regarding chemicals & biological test report from Karnatka Govt. agencies as directed and test report shall be submitted. Taking down old u/s RO/ Chlorine Dosing supply hose pipe supply and fix new RO/Chlorine Dosing supply hoses with required fittings and fixtures all as specified and directed. Make- Aqua

Material and labour for Disconnecting the multi stage pump 1 HP from position, strip opening the motor, taking out the burnt copper winding wire from slots, cleaning the slots, rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material and other petty items required for making motor functional and checking the winding leak proof, refixing the pump set with proper alignment , connecting up the electric connections testing & commissioning complete. Note:- Rate deemed to be inclusive of replacement of worn out sleeves & bearings.

Note : All comntrol wiring ,indicationsand MCB SPN,SP, display unit need to be changed inclusive part of above quoted rate .
