Earthwork in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth butexceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting outand disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer in Charge:

Providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer in charge

Filling available exacavated earth ( excluding Rock) in trenches ,plinth,sides of foundations etc in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 and for all lift

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level: 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand ( zone -III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foindations,footings,bases of columns,etc for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening ,cutting ,bending ,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Brickwork with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Structural steel work riveted ,bolted or welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work Including cutting ,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polmer coated j or L hooks,bolts and nuts diameter with bitumen and G.I limpe washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead, iincluding a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( up to any pitch in horizontal /vertical or curved surfaces), exxcluding the coat of purlins ,raffers and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/sqm

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
