Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced)Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt including coba,plaster of any description over the surface of roof, terracess including flashings and junctions of parapet /curbwalls etc and removing of the rubbish to a distance exceding 500m but nexc 1.00km and depositing where directed ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in filleting and benching slightly rounded etc including necessary formwork ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over 15 mm thick PCC padding in CM 1:4 in roof with the following courses of treatment (i) Applying bitumen primer (IS3384) @ 0.40 lit/sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surface complete all as specified. (ii) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based water proofing membrane minimum 3mm thick polyster reinforced (3 kg/sqm) with 10 cm overlap and torch bonded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified. (iii) Over the membrane provide a solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Lit/sqm prescribed by manufacturer all as specified.

M&L Brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg of cement per sqm ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting PVC water tank of any descriptionof capacity exc 500 lit and n exc 1000 lit capacity setting aside fpr repair work over roof slab and hoisting if required ,reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

S & F,in repair,Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks,triple layered 1000 Lit capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F,in repair, Gun-metal, globe or gate valves,bore dia of pipe in 20 mm, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F,in repair, Gun-metal, globe or gate valves,bore dia of pipe in 15 mm, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F,in repair, Ball valves 20 mm high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142 gms/ 20mm-210 gms/25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms) ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing & connections 15mm, including cleaning for refixing or removal to storage / away from site suitable for following bore of pipie complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-In-charge.

S&F tubes medium grade 15mm, galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete wall and celings or laid in floors , for the following bore of tubes , complete all as specified as directed by enginer in charge

Taking up or down steel tubing & connections 20mm, including cleaning for refixing or removal to storage / away from site suitable for following bore of pipie complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-In-charge

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.5 sq. m each.Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick (1:6) cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick (15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4 ) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick (1:3) cement plaster newly plastered surface on ceilling of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plasterd surface of ceilling of concrete or brick surfaces and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old plasterd surface of ceilling of concrete or brick surfaces and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PVC(SWR) floor trap,plain with gratings incl jointing with solvent cement 75mm dia outlet ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Grating doom 100 mm dia of PTMT (Minimum weight 25gms) ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs PVC connections 15mm dia with brass nut on both ends and washers 450mm long all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F aluminium anodized barrel tower bolt extruded section and fixed 200mm long ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre , Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre , Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plasterd surface of concrete or brick surfaces of two coat of distumper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old plasterd surface of concrete or brick surfaces of two coat of distumper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L powder coated aluminium Door/ window/ sliding window / Ventilator / partition frames and shutters using standard aluminium powder coated sections including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings suitable Nylon gasket, nylon rollers, maruthi locks, handles, concealed star lock, aluminium F channel for fixing aluminium grill and all necessary fittings and fixtures etc all as specified etc complete of standard sections and fixing to cudappa stone/granite stone with necessary bolts/screws complete directed.

M&L for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes 100mm dia in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors ,complete all as specified and as directed.
