M&L hardcore of guage n exc.63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface.

M&L 100mm for PCC in foundation filling and masss concrete 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) all as specified and as directed.

E/M Portion

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of CI / GI pipes laying in trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in trenches including , leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level nexc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, 8cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable including spreading, levelling and consolidation complete all as specified and directed Note : Consolidated/punned thickness of sand shall be measured for payment purpose..

Cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) laid flat adjacently perpendicular to the axis of across the cable, complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately)

Material & Labour for Galvanised Iron Pipe 20 mm dia medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete laid as in trenches / floorcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in Gun Metal gate valve with Iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI steel tubing 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, connecting, testing & commissioning UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty 1100 volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 6 sqmm x 2 core all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning of self standing water cooler fully stainless steel, puff insulated body, electric driven single phase 230 Volts , 50 Hz having storage capacity of 120 Ltrs and nominal cooling capacity of60 Ltrs per hours with reciprocating compressor, eco friendley R-134A refrigent, externally mounted thermostate for easy regulating temperature with extra large stainless steel water tray for fast drainage of water complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning voltage stablizer for automatic operation , single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input varriation between 170V to 290 V with output voltage stablized at 230 Volt with accuracy of (+, -) 2.5% and of capacity 2.
