S&F of glass mosaic tiles of size 20x20x4-5mm thick, homogeneous colour, marbled mosaic or mottled finish, customised and designed as per layout provided, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors, interlocking soft PVC water resistant anti skid type fixing in swimming pool and water based areas complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for non shrink, cementitious micro concrete mixed with 12.5mm graded crushed stone in the ratio by weight 18kg aggregate: 25kg micro concrete respectively or as per manufacturer's instructions, as in sides and soffits of beams, jacketing of columns, roof slab and similar structural members including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (xii) Set of valve manifold for each filter for operation mode in filter/ bypass/ rinse/ back wash and drain mode of 150mm dia MS butterfly valves complete as per technical requirement.

Notes:- (a) All DI pipe & fittings shall be as per OEM. (b) All MS pipe & fittings shall be heavy grade & epoxy painted. (c) Any relevant item of work concerning with pipe & valves, not mentioned in this BOQ/ Schedule or in drawing but essentially & technically required for the pool filtrating system of the main and diving pool, is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account at any stage. (d) All civil works including excavation and earthwork to suitable depths as required for these items, is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (e) In case of variation in specification/ sizes between Sch ‘A’/ BOQ and drawings, the details provided in Schematic and layout drawings shall prevail. (f) Tenderer is advised to visit the site and see the Schematic & layout plan of pools, balancing tank, pump house etc before quoting rates. Nothing extra shall be admissible in case of certain changes are necessiated at site or layout of pools, balancing tank or pump house etc as per site/ technical requirement during execution of work. (g) The contractor shall submit GA (General Arrangement) drawings including foundation and connected pipe/ valves etc (complete details) for approval of GE before execution at site.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of electrical cablling for dosing system, starters of blowers consisting of the followings complete all as specified & technically required and as directed:- (i) Copper wiring of suitable size with suitable GI Protection pipe/ cable tray for pump set from starter panel to Motor (6 runs of Copper wire for star delta starters) - 05 Jobs. (ii) Copper wiring of suitable size with suitable GI Protection pipe/ cable tray for Air blower from starter panel to Motor. (iii) Copper wiring of suitable with suitable GI Protection pipe/ cable tray size for dosing pumps from starter panel to dosing Motor. (iv) Copper wiring of suitable size for Ozonator with suitable GI protection pipe/ cable tray. (v) Copper wiring of suitable size for under water light to panel with suitable GI protection pipe/cable tray. (vi) The contractor shall submit GA (General Arrangement) drawings including foundation and connected pipe/ valves etc (complete details) for approval of GE before execution at site.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of under water light 20 WATT LED swimming pool, wall mounted type/ fixed flushed to wall complete with sealant/ glass suitable for swimming pool with built-in driver IP-68, including push in connector in 4 pole, flexible conduit and all fixing arrangement in swimming pool wall complete all as per technical & site reuirement and as directed. Make & Model :- As approved by GE.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of Junction box IP-68 of suitable size, round/ square type with water proof covering made of ABS plastic material complete all as per technical & site reuirement and as directed. Make:- Hensel or Sintex or Spider or equivalent from list of makes as approved by GE.

NOTES:- (i) The OZONATOR unit shall be connected into the main filtered water supply line after filtration plant with and including all connecting accessories and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for this provision also. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account at any stage. (ii) The control panel shall comprises voltage variation prevention devices, ampere meter, auto transformers, switches, indicator lamps etc. The control panel shall be mounted in plant room and electric supply shall be extended from the existing panel board. The rate for accessories required for making electrical connection/ installation are deemed to be included into quoted rates. (iii) The contractor shall submit detailed specification/ design parameters, constructional and functional drawings of all components of ionizer unit with installation system for approval of GE before placing of order/execution of work. (iv) The contractor shall submit the gurantee for two years in the form of and under taking in respect of performance of plant.

M&L for cutting of existing bitumenous road for laying of GI/ CI/ DI pipe lines of any size complete all as speciefied and as directed.

Taking down of existing old unserviceable items i.e. Pressure sand filters, Dozer system, motors, valves and connected electrical items with hydralic crane/ mannual or any other means and handover the same to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.
