Removing the old unserviceable/ damaged part from the following Wooden furniture and Steel furniture M&L to replace the same with new parts duly match with the existing parts and completing finish with French polish/paint as required without damaging the other parts, size parts shall be all as specified ,shown on drgsand shape of the and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- BED PLY TOP :- FD-245, 246 & 247 (a) Repair to Head Rest of Bed with plywood top outer and inner ply shall be of 4 mm thick plywood veenered ISI marked BWR grade and teak wood beading 6mm thick all round shall be pasted with Fevicol and nails all as per drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Repair to Foot Rest of Bed hard with plywoood top outer and inner ply shall be of 4mm thick plywood teak ISI marked BWR grade and teak wood beading all round 6mm thick shall be pasted with Fevicol and nails all as per drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Replacement of the damaged worn out Top of the bed which to be made up of plywood commercial 12 mm thick 5 ply BWR grade conforming to IS 303- 1989 in one piece after taking down the old one and to be fixed with 35 mm long screw wood steel ISI marked all as specified in drg or as directed by Engr-in-Charge, Make – Green ply / Century ply / Archid ply

(d) Replacement of Legs, of bed to be made up of Ist class Teak wood well seasoned.

e) Replacement of Long Rail to be made up of Ist class Teak wood well seasoned.

(f) Replacement of Short Rail to be made up of Ist class Teak wood well seasoned.

(g) M&L for removing the existing old polish from Bed ply wood top by scraping with emery paper to make the surface smooth and fill the cracks and pores with Sam Sam putty and apply two coats of French polish of approved quality high gloss polish of surface exposed when placed in position as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CUSHION SET FOR SOFA SET 4 SEATED/ 5 SEATED:- FD-281/ FD-273 Removal of old unserviceable cushion and S & F new cushion of size 22” x 21” x 4” thick, 40 HD of make SLEEP WELL/KURLON covered with superior quality tapestry cloth for seat and back of sofa set 4/5 seater. Tapestry cloth should not less than Rs 350/- per meter duly approved by GE and all as per drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
