M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone agg as in roof kerb or mud stopes, padding on roof etc finished even and fair, average thickness as required to maintain proper slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces of roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions on existing roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.
