Comprehensiv Maintenance Contract of moutury fridger for the period of one yerr inclouding cheeking and serviceing of unit three time of year,attending emergency CCA service within in24 hours repair of unit parts,replacement of part free of cost and supply of spare est,as required completeto keep the unit in working condition.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 1.5 ton capacity for the period of one year including cheeking andservice of unit tree time a year attending emergency CCA service within 24 hour,repeiring ofunit part,replacement ofpart free of cost and supply of spare ect.as required complete to keep thein working condition.

(1) Annual Maintenance contract of air conditioning unit of CCU in good running condition for one Year as per following Check/inspection to be carried out. (2) Routin inspection ones in month for whole HVAC System. (3) All the safty and indicated devices to be check up , (4) current and viltage measuement for whole plant. (5) Various parameters recorded i.e tonnage of plant and colling efficience etc,(6) Check the flow of air (Cool/Hot) through the duct,(7) Chiller and AHU : Cleaning of all chiller and AHU coils with chemical and jet Pump , (8) Check all chillers parameter all pressure gauge, Check all AHUs parameter,(9) Calibration of meter/Gauge, replacement if required,(10) Cleaning of switchs/relays and replacement if required, (11) For AMC of component we shall depute trained staff at site with tools and tackels as required for testing and for repairin/maintenace . for the replacemenmt of Any component of HVAC system/Gas filling etc. labour cost is including in AMC.
