S&F Prefab shelter of size 11.25m x 9.70 m, with 3.00 metre height from floor level to bottom of truss, inclusive of Hall, Rooms, attached toilets, Dressing Room, WHB Area, Urinal point, Kitchen and Varandha 1.20m wide, inclusive of necessary foundation & platform, with following specifications including all fitting and fixture complete all as shown in drawing, as specified & as directed. Make: M/s Porta Cabin Engineers Pvt Ltd/ Shree Porta Builders Pvt Ltd/ M/s Startrek Structures/ M/s Makeover Interiors Note: Drawing No GEBH/WD/01/2022 dated 12 Jul 2022 duly approved by the GE & Users is attached and shall form part of tender document.

(i) Foundation/platform:- Prefab shelter shall be placed on PCC Platform. Dwarf walls Shall be provided all-around of shelter. Foundation of dwarf wall shall be 900mm below GL as shown in drawings. RCC Plinth bend of size 230 x 250 mm shall be provided over the dwarf wall. Necessary fixing arrangement (Anchor plate and Anchor bolts etc) for prefab shelter shall be provided as per manufacturer's instructions. 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate over and including consolidated earth filling shall be provided for Platform. Anti termite treatment shall be provided to foundation and below platform 10 or 5 Ltr emulsion per Sqm. Overall height up to top of PCC 1:4:8 shall be 250 mm from Ground level.

(ii) Walls:- Wall shall be 50 mm Thick Aerocon panels with light weight concrete in between cement sheet. Fixed to platform with GI U & L flushing clips complete all as per manufacturer's instructions.

(iii) Floor:- Top of PCC platform shall be provided with 10 mm thick Vitrified, matt finish anti-skid tiles, light shade (Colour & shade of tiles shall be approved by the GE), of minimum size 600X 600 mm, over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4. Joints of tiles shall be grouted with Epoxy Tile Grout.

(iv) Roof:- The Structure/shelter shall be provided with an external roof of 0.5 mm thick Trazpisondsal profiled PPGI sheet with Glass wool/Rockwool Insulation as per manufacturer's instructions, resting on the purlins on and including MS truss. The roof shall have a projection of 500mm beyond external face of wall. Sheets shall be fixed to MS Purlins using self-tapping screws. Sheets used shall be as per IS specification and shall be of Make: SAIL/ TATA/ Jindal/ JSW, fixed with self tapping screw @ 100mm centre to centre, over and including mild steel Rectangular Hollow Pipes purline made out of size 63.50mm X 38mm, 2.9 mm thick, placed @ 900mm centre to centre. 04 Nos Trusses shall be provided as per design as approved by the GE and shall be made out of mild steel Rectangular Hollow Pipes of size 76.2mm X 50.80mm, 3.25 mm thick. columns below the both ends of all trusses, shall be provided and shall be made out of mild steel Rectangular Hollow Pipes of size 100mm X 50mm, 4.05 mm thick and shall be welded or fixed together with the help clamps, washers as required complete. Roof is to be laid to a minimum slope of 1:5. Trusses, purlins and columns shall be welded/fixed together with the help of clamps, washers as required and as per manufacturer's instructions complete. Ridges shall be made of 0.50mm thickness plain pre painted GI Sheet fixed with self tapping screws @ 100mm centre to centre. Ridge shall be placed according to maintain required slope.

(v) PLNTH PROTECTION: - 750 mm wide Plinth protection shall be provided all around of Shelter using 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregates over and including 75mm thick Hard core at ground level. Anti termite treatment shall be provided below plinth protection @ 5.00 Litre emulsion per Sqm. 12mm wide Groves at an interval of 3.00 metre shall be provided in plinth protection filled with sealing compound.

(vi) External/Internal Painting:- All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer. All internal surfaces of wall shall be painted with two coats of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of cement primer. The external surfaces of walls shall be painted with two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex Ultima) over and including a coat of cement primer.

(vii) Details of Doors shall be as under :- (a) Doors marked as 'D' & 'D1' on drawing, shall be Powder coated aluminium door shutters with frame, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including 5.50mm thick glass, necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, Sliding bolt, Tower bolt, screws etc . complete all as specified. (b) Doors marked as 'D3' on drawing, shall be Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter with frame, 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and both side Prelam PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet Note: Size of Doors shall be as mentioned in drawing.

(viii) Window & Vents:- All Windows shall be Powder coated aluminium sliding glazed windows with 5 mm thick tinted glass. Stainless steel mosquito proof wire netting & Aluminium Deco grill shall be provided on all windows and Vents. Size of window shall be 0.90 m x 1.20m (07 Nos) and size of Vent shall be 0.60m x 0.60m (05 Nos).

(ix) False Ceiling:- 6 mm thick False ceiling of 600X 600 mm size Gypsum designer tiles with Aluminium foil lamination from inside shall be provided. Aluminium anodised snap grid frame work shall be 600 X 600mm using T & L Sections as per manufacturer's instructions.

(x) Toilet Fixtures: - 04 Nos WHB of size 550X400mm with WHB mixture and complete fitting, 03 Nos EWC with cistern and health faucet, 04 Nos Looking Mirror 450X600 mm with PVC frame, 02 Nos Urinal Pot with complete fitting and 04 Nos CP Bib Tap 15 mm shall be prvided. All Internal plumbing shall be done with 20 mm CPVC Pipes. All plumbing and sanitary fitting shall be of white vitreous chinaware best quality. Sewage pipe up to 1st Manhole shall be 100 mm PVC pipe and waste pipe & vent pipe shall be of 75mm PVC pipe of 6Kgf/Sqcm.

(xi) Kitchen - SS Sink with drainage board with Sink mixer (Hot/Cold) shall be provided over and including Granite counter.

(xii) Water Supply : (a) One number of HDPE water tank white colour of capacity of 1000 Litre for storage of water triple layered including float valve shall be provided. Inlet and outlet GI pipe connection shall be provided. (b) One number of Staging for water storage tank using MS angle iron of size 1200 x 1200 mm of height 4000mm shall be provided as shown in drawing.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metre wide or 10 Sqm on plan, 1.50 metre in depth for manholes & sewage lines, drain, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material out side MOD as per NGT guide line complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Salt glazed stone ware pipes laid and jointed complete with collars ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed internal dia of pipe150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement mortar concrete bed to drain pipes in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone gag) incl packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipe 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan not exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, foundation, filling & mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in 1:4 cement mortar on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in 1:6 cement mortar on other than fair faces of brick work finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new mains pipe making good to pipes rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finish and reforming benching as required, internal dia of pipe 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) in coping, band etc slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately)

S&F in repair 75mm thick factory made SFRC manhole/ drain covers of approved shape & size complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Polycrete or equivalent.

Supply, install and commissioning of Split unit Air conditioners electric driven single Phase, capacity of 2 TR & 5 star rating inverter type with 5 KVA voltage stabilizer including 12 Rm Copper pipe with nitrate insulation all directed and specified. Note:- (a) Hanging of indoor unit on wall by means of dash faster screw or clamp, making hole for suction/discharge pipe and making good to disturbed surface fixing of out door unit complete on suitable size of angle iron frame made out of 40 x 6mm including connection of suction, discharge pipe, flushing entire unit by nitrogen gas leakage, testing, copper brazing, system vacuuming, gas charging and testing etc. complete all as specified and directed. (b) The rate quoted by tenderer also includes cost for making opening to brick/ stone wall as directed by Engr-in-Charge & to make good to its original form complete. Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sq mm 3½ core of the following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground PVC cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: for measurement purpose only puned thickness of sand will be considered.

Supply and Laying factory made un reinforced precast concrete cable cover LV Type II with flat size 300mm X 180mm X 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.
