Providing and laying for RCC 1:1.5:3 (use 20mm graded aggregate) in fdns, plinth beams, base of columns- All work upto plinth level

Providing and laying 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and finishing with two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 Sqm over existing cement paint surface Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade including removing of old water proofing cement paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.(Two or more coats on new work)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer , over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Providing and painting two or more coats on new work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane

Veh Washing Bay : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (All kinds of soil)

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 in fdn filling and mass concrete

M&L for Coursed rubble masonry (first sort) with hard stone in foundation and plinth with :: (Use Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand))
