Supply and fixing mild steel bail plug assembly 6mm thick suitable for 100mm bore casing pipe internal threaded with strong iron hook, screwed and welded to casing pipe , and handing over the sample strara box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing and lowering into bore hole-centering guide made of MS flat Ring ribs suitable for 150 mm dia casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel well Borewell cap made of 4.8mm thick mild steel sheet suitable for 150 mm dia ERW MS casing pipe and dully drilled for 65 mm bore MS pipe heavy grade including locking arrangement with top end of the casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel housing clamps 105 cm long in two halves 100mm wide made out of 12mm thick MS plate made to shape for 150 mm bore casing pipe with necessary bolts, nuts and washers at ground level embedded in bed rock PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Fabrication & supplying of strata sample box overall size 1500x1000x100mm, made out 18 to 20 mm thick venneered particle boars, frame of aluminium angle of size 25x25x2mm having 20 Nos. partions of size 100x75x100 mm made with 12mm thick commercial quality plywood and 25x25x2mm aluminium angle bearers, with and also including sliding type sheet glass 5mm thick cover with suitable size aluminium channel frame complete as specified.

Trial bore of 200mm dia in any kind of soil strata up to 200mtr depth including hard stone/boulder including electronic logging, MS Cap, MS Flat clamp, reducing socket complete all as specified and directed.

Developing and enlarging the pilot bore of 200 mm bore perfectly vertical including maintaining starta samples to the complete depth including reaming of 200 mm bore by enlarging to not less than 500 mm dia bore siutable for lowering Mild steel casing pipes of 450 mm and gravel packing for the required length complete all as specified and directed. Drilling from ground level upto 30 mtr depth.(for surface casing)

Developing and enlarging the pilot bore of 200 mm bore perfectly vertical including maintaining starta samples to the complete depth including reaming of 200 mm bore by enlarging to not less than 350 mm dia bore siutable for lowering Mild steel casing pipes of 350 mm and gravel packing for the required length complete all as specified and directed. Drilling from ground level upto 60 mtr depth.

All as per item no. 8 hereinbefore but boring exc 60 mtr and upto 200 mtr depth complete all as specified and directed

Note for srl item No 7, 8 &9 - development of bore wells will be done after approval of electronic log test report by GE.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing of 450 mm dia MS Pipe (for surface casing) having wall thickness not less than 6 mm including necessary end coupling threaded or welded as directed into bore holes beyond casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing of 150mm dia Stainless steel pipes having wall thickness not less than 6 mm including necessary end coupling threaded or welded as directed into bore holes beyond casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing of 150mm dia Stainless steel slotted pipes having wall thickness not less than 6 mm, cage type wire wound screen 'V' shaped profile in suitable length having slots of size not more than 1 mm width including necessary end coupling threaded or welded as directed into bore holes beyond casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing of 100mm dia Stainless steel pipes having wall thickness not less than 6 mm including necessary end coupling threaded or welded as directed into bore holes beyond casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and packing pea gravel of size 2mm to 3.5 mm duly screened and washed, around casing pipe and slotted pipe in bore hole complete all as specified and directed. Note : All gravel to be used as pack in tubewell construction shall be as specified in IS 4097:1967.

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. The development of the tubewell by overpumping should be done at 15 percent to 25 percentage higher discharge than the expected discharge (As per IS 2008 (Part-I) : 1991) 2. The Final Discharge shall be free from sand with Max tolerance of 20 minutes of starting the pump. 3. Developement work to be executed in hard rocky area and is included in the scope of item mentioned.

Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hrs to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing, testing, commissioning submersible pumping set suitable for 150 mm bore well with submersible motor 3 phase 415 volts, 7.5 HP coupled with pump 150 mtr head, discharge 125 LPM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lowering, jointing, testing and commissioning MS pipe heavy duty 65mm internal dia (3 mtr long with both ends threaded and fitted with heavy duty MS flanges 14mm thick, two Nos groves for submersible cable continuous welded and drilled 4 Nos hole, complete as column pipe including jointing material such as bolts, nuts, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F submersible cable PVC insulated sheathed 3 core 4 sqmm copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install MS header made of 150mm dia MS pipe heavy duty with end caps made of 6mm thick MS plate duly welded, inlet connections 04 Nos and outlet connection 01 No made of MS pipe 65mm dia heavy duty and 100mm dia respectively, welded to header on one side and flanged on the other side all as required including providing foundations made of PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sluice valves 65 mm dia flanged end, of class PN-1.6, ISI marked, drilled type with steel spindle including nuts, bolts and jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sluice valves 100 mm dia flanged end, of class PN-1.6, ISI marked, drilled type with steel spindle including nuts, bolts and jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and jointing Cast Iron non return Valve ISI marked class PN 1.6 with flanged and drilled end suitable for 65 mm nominal bore pipe, gun metal spindle, CI gate with brass ring with iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, etc complete and including joints and jointing material such as bolts, nuts, washers and rubber gasket with by-pass arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, testing & commissioning of dial type pressure guage with pressure scale of 0 to 20 Kg/cm2. Provision of Isolation cock suitable for maximum pressure of 20 Kg/cm2 shall be included in cost (Delivery head only) complete all as specified and directed.

Water potability test from authorised lab all as required including submission of report (separate for each bore well) complete all as specified and directed.

Electronic log test of the borewell and submitting report for approval of GE. Note : After the test if water is not available no payment will be admissible. The work will be restricted to site/location where water is available.

M&L for providing display board of size 1mx2mx1cm madeup with acrylic sheet fixed over housing sheet including LED T/L for lighting up the display board . Display board shall have the inscription as "(A) TOTAL DEPTH OF TUBEWELL DRILLED - (B) STRATA CHART OF THE TUBEWELL- (C) SAMPLES OF STRATA COLLECTED- (D) POSITION OF EVERY JOINT IN WELL ASSEMBLY- (E) METHOD USED FOR DEVELOPMENT- (F) TOTAL HOURS OF DEVELOPMENT DONE- (G) DEVELOPED DISCHARGE IN LPS- (H) DISCHARGE IS TOTALLY SAND FREE OR PRESENCE OF SAND PARTICLES IS THERE- (J) P.P.M. AND TURBIDITY AFTER DEVELOPMENT- (K) PUMPING WATER LEVEL AT DEVELOPED DISHCHARGE- (M) STATIC WATER LEVEL-" in capital letter at the top complete with fixing arrangements to the wall all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry test run of submersible pump set and preparation of report measuring 1. dry running time 2. Temprature variation in the process 3. Water Temprature distribution around pump inlet and outlet pipe 4. Vibration condition measures in the process 5. Measuring temprature of the pump components 6. Checking condition of the pump components 7. Checking condition of the pump contacting parts after dry running Test report to be submitted after successful completion of dry testing of submersible pump set.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50 m wide and n exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard rock complete all as specified and directed.
