Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 12mm thick tiles (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.08 Sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling old floor tile including cement mortar bedding and removal of debris out of premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing RMC (Redy mix cement concrete) M-25 using 20mm graded aggregate as in foundation/Pavement filling complete all as specified. Make : Ultra Tech/Conctre India

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base / flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300cm x 300cm x 25mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry as in floor and pointed with grey cement and pigment over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast rubber moulded coloured concrete paver blocks of 60mm thick any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast rubber moulded coloured concrete paver blocks of 80mm thick any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast rubber moulded coloured concrete paver blocks of 100mm thick any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering & consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregates as coping including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angles and finishing exposed surface even and smooth including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete kerb or dand of M-20 grade size 600mm x 300mm x 150mm over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 including earth work, cutting of B/T road, cutting of WBM road etc. & jointing with cement mortar 1:4 grouted 125mm in ground of shape as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of providing, laying and compacting base concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded crushed stone aggregate of 20mm thick nominal size) 100mm thick below dand/kerb complete in all respect. The size of kerb be 15cm x 32.5cm with round at top, including making drainage opening wherever required complete including painting etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast cement concrete kerb stone shall be approved by Engineerin- charge).

M&L for precast cement concrete kerb or dand of M-20 grade of size 450mm x 300mm x 150mm over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 including earth work, cutting of black top road, cutting of WBM road etc. & jointing with cement mortar 1:4 grouted 125mm in ground of shape as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of providing, laying and compacting base concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded crushed stone aggregate of 20mm thick nominal size) 100mm thick below dand/kerb complete in all respect. The size of kerb be 15cm x 32.5cm with round at top, including making drainage opening wherever required complete including painting etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). Supply of ‘L’ type Bollard made out of 1.25mm thick M.S. sheet height 134cm, welded in circular type ring section having upper dia 15cm. and lower dia 21cm with another attachment of 15 x 15cm circular section with 15cm. face plate and hold fast at bottom, whole body is processed in white stoving enamel and red reflective 3 hands, each of 7.5cm end one reflective sheet of 15cm dia provided to including dismantling of existing RCC bollard, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling kerb stones by manual means and disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and upto a lead of 1000m, complete all as specified and directed.
