Dismantling of Existing PCC coping of street light poles of size .45m x .45m x.45m and repairing the same with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs/ coping/ bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles with necessary form work and Painting white in colour with appropriate Paint complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/replacement of old unsv steel tubular poles with new steel tubular swaged pole 9.0 m long type 410 SP-22 with cast iron or welded MS base plate including nuts / bolts / washers etc conforming to IS-2713 (Part I to III) of 1980 complete all as specified and directed with the following :- (a) Excavation in post holes in any type of soil not exceeding 0.5 cum each, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete. (b) PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in base (0.60 m dia x 0.15 m height). (c) PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling (0.60 m dia x 1.5 m height). (d) PCC (1:2:4) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in coping (0.60 m dia x 0.45 m height). (e) Pole cap 0.30 m long externally fitted on pole top duly welded with a light grade ISI marked GI pipe bracket 1.5 m long for mounting street light fitting. (f) Painting with aluminium paint one under coat, one finishing coat over a coat of red oxide primer and making alternate colour bands of black & white colours in 30 cms width upto a height of 1.5 m from pole coping with synthetic enamelled paint complete.

Supply and fixing for Street light pole terminal box (IP 66) made of thermoplastic polystyrenejunction box size 155 x 210 x 92mm with integrated elestic membrance for cable entry via cable gland fitted with 1x MCB 16 A SP and suitable pole mounting clamp and two polyamide cable gland with its locknut model No 1555.32.25, one glnd for incoming and one for out going and one gland m 25 gland (1555.25.17) will be used for street light etc complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvainised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, surrounded from all sides with misture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to galvanised earth lead of GI wire 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, checks nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel protection pipe of galvanised iron medium grade and further earth lead is to be connected upto test point upto the distance 7.5 mtr and further to connect including junction point or test point of 5 to 6 terminal connector or main switch/DB up to the distance of 6 mtrs and GI pipe 20mm light grade for water filling including 40 x 20mm reducer socket funnel wire mesh, PCC pit and RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 for cover with 8mm CTD bar reinforcement both ways @ 140 c/c including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all specified and shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2001 (part-I ) complete as directed.

M&L for Danger Notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps 18 x 3mm ( 2 nos) bolts and nuts of approved size , for LT, 20 x 15 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed from pole box to street light fittings of size 2.5 Sqmm 2 core multistranded cable including PVC conduit 25 mm to be fitted on pole with MS clamps of 18 X 3 mm (3 nos) from terminal box to street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing bracket made of 32 mm dia MS pipe bend to shape at 120 degree and to be fixed on pole for street light fitting with 2 Nos MS clamps made of 32 x 6mm and not less than 1.2 m long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertical to a depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of nuts bolts and washers etc made out of galvanised iron and GI strip connected to earthing points including necessary excavation earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate earth chamber 40mm thick RCC cover with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 20 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, funnel, protection pipe, adiquate quantity of comman salt, charcoal ctc and connecting up to equipements complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part - 1 (2009) complete all as specified and directed.
