Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface

Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three M.Sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Dismantling Existing Pantile or Mangalore Tiled Roof without Roof Timbers including all cost and conveyance and all Labour charges etc Complete

Best tiled roofing with Mangalore tiles,over ceiling tiles of best quality including CW reepers -10Sqm-10% New Tiles

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Block Board Painting two coats over one coat of Primary Coat including cleaning preparing the surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete (For OLD Wall)

Exterior Emulsion over one coat including Cleaning, preparing the Surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete (For OLD Wall)

Painting two coats using Enamel Paint for Old Iron Work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction & Maintenance Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount (Both Construction and Maintenance) above this row in column "BB" for all works in this package} (Refer Clause 1 & 10 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
