PART I : FOOTPATH CLEANING WORK

Sweeping and cleaning the footpaths, water tables, and area along the road including removal of grass, bushes, fallen twigs which come on footpath & water tables, including cleaning of cross drains below footpath & removing silt from cross drains complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (12893*52). As per Annexure "A"

Sweeping and cleaning the parking areas including removal of grass, bushes which may come on parking areas etc,all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (12636*52). As per Annexure "B"

Cleaning the area at open areas other than areas covered in cosmetic maintenance & footpath cleaning by hand picking up of all the waste i.e plastics, papes, polythene bags, cloths, thermocol, packing materials, furniture waste, household waste, plastic/glass bottle, paper plate/cup, cleaning the litter bins located at various location, etc from the surroundings, & open areas or places specified by the Engineer-In-Charge, temporarily storing them in a container kept on cycle ricksaw including providing green painted cycle ricksaw with plastic containers, disposing off the collected waste to the nearest garbage bin located at various locations in the colony all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Mode of measurement: No of days the labour with cycle ricksaw engaged on the work shall be measured and paid. including all cost of tools & materials, cycle rickshaw, labour and all as required or as directed by EIC. frequency: six day in a week (313 days x 3)

Providing & spreading bleaching powder of good quality grade II at various locations of Anushakti nagar on the slippery areas of footpath, water tables, road, open areas, as and when required, including cost of transportation, loading & unloading all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Mechanical transportation of dry leaves, twigs by mechanical transportation to the dumping place in Anushakti Nagar colony or at place directed by EIC including cost of labour, tools & transportation, etc by pick up van (01 nos) of make (Tata 407/Mahindra Bolero or equivalent) from all the locations on daily basis all including cost of vehicle, driver, fuel, labours for loading & unloading, etc all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (01 no vehicle * 313 days)

Providing and supplying dustbins of 1100 ltr capacity of Nilkamal or equivalent make green in colour with openable -top. The dimensions shall be of appx 1350 (T) x 875 (B) x 1295 (H) mm. having four casters, two of which are braked and two to grab handles that make it maneuverable.

PART - II- Storm Water Drain Cleaning

First time complete cleaning of RR masonry,stone pitched/ open storm water drain/below culverts/ Nullah /Covered drains/Silting basin/sump of various assorted cross sections including removing silt, earth, shrubs, bushes, tree leaves, rags, stones, grass and other such materials, removing & refixing of cover if any etc. complete upto invert level of drains including segregatting the silt/earth and floating materilals such as leaves, branches, paper, plastic bags, thermocoles, cloths etc and disposing off the same at specified locations in Anushaktinagar etc complete & maintaining the flow of water complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning of Drains and Nallah less then and upto 1.2m width Before monsoon (31100 RM X 1 operations)

Cleaning of the SWD more then 1.2 mtrs width Before monsoon (2406 RM X 1 operations)

Maintaining the flow of water for the whole period of monsoon in the RR masonry,stone pitched/ open storm water drain/below culverts/ Nullah /Covered drains/Silting basin/sump of various assorted cross sections including clearing of chock-up , removing silt, loose earth, shrubs, bushes, tree leaves, rags, stones, grass and other such materials, removing & refixing of cover if any etc. complete upto invert level of drains including sagregatting the silt and floating materilals such as leaves, branches, paper, plastic bags, thermocoles, cloths etc and disposing off the same at specified locations in Anushaktinagar etc including taking care / cleaning / removal of chock-ups of the grills fixed at the end of drains daily or as and when they happens so as to avoid blocking of nalluhs etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning of the SWD more then 1.2 mtrs width During monsoon (2406 RM X 2 operations)

Cleaning of the SWD of RR masonry,stone pitched/ open storm water drain/below culverts/ Nullah /Covered drains/Silting basin/sump of various assorted cross sections including removing silt, loose earth, shrubs, bushes, tree leaves, rags, stones, grass and other such materials, removing & refixing of cover if any etc. complete upto invert level of drains including sagregatting the silt and floating materilals such as leaves, branches, paper, plastic bags, thermocoles, cloths etc and disposing off the same at specified locations in Anushaktinagar etc complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (33506 RM X 3operations)

Cleaning of Drains and Nallah less then and upto 1.2m width After monsoon (31100 RM X 3 operations)

Cleaning of the SWD more then 1.2 mtrs width During monsoon (2406 RM X 3 operations)

Cleaning of Hume pipes drains of various assorted cross sections including once complete cleaning before monsoon by removing silt, loose earth, tree leaves, rags, stones, grass and other such materials, removing & refixing of cover if any etc. and there after maintaining the flow of water for the whole period of monsoon / contract by regularly removing the deposited earth / silt etc, including sagregatting the silt and floating materilals such as leaves, branches, paper, plastic bags, thermocoles, cloths etc and disposing off the same at specified locations in Anushaktinagar , complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
