Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand, eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of 600mm diameter SFRA(218kgs) heavy duty Man hole cover etc., complete as directed by departmental officer etc., complete. -

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.
