PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in back filling of chowkhat, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick Ist class softwood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Factory made 2nd class hard wood (Sal/Hollock) plain, framed, panelled 35mm thick shutters (two panels ) with lock rail and panels of 9mm BWP commercial plywood or 12mm veneered particle with commercial face veneers on both sides. The size of rail and style as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of M. M&L for mat finish (non skid), premium class I grade, coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.18 Sqm but not exc. 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Glazed ceramic tiles, Premium class I grade, coloured of size 300mmx600mm/450x300mm, thickness not less than 7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement, laid over and including 10mm thick beddin layer in cement mortar 1:4 on surfaces of walls complete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
