The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V 'whichever is less, where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N=Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of total contractualpayments'' in the previous three financial years, as per the auditedbalance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year isyet to be prepared/audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourthprevious year shall be considered for calculating average annualcontractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite informationasper Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets dulycertified by the chartered Accountant/ Certificate from CharteredAccountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet. It will follow as peritem 10.2 or 17.15.2ofGCC'2022 with Advance Correction Slip with LetterNo.:2022/CEI/CT/GCC- 2022/Policy New Delhi, dated: 14.07.2022 orlatest.

No post tender communication, in any form will be made or entertained, after opening of tenders, in this regard. Tenderers shall note that the submission of other supporting SCANNED documents namely-Constitution of firm/JV firm, Work in hand, Arbitration/Court cases, Tools - Plants, Technical Personnel /Man Power and Association of Railway Officers, at the time of on line bidding of tender, is important and they shallensure the same. However Railway may seek clarifications/details/documents in this regard.
The related Clauses mentioned in the Tender document will be as per the IRGCC issued on 2022 with up to date modificationsFollowing items are to be read along with schedule for interpretation of item-(I) ALL SMITHY /MASSNORY MATERIALSINCLUDING CEMENT , BOLT, BARS, ANGLES ETC. IF REQUIREDDEPTH/LENGTH/SPACE/QUANTITY (AS APPLICABLE) ISNOT AVAILABLE AT SITE. (VIII)THEVEHICLE FORSITE MOVEMENT AND WORK FOR RAILWAYOFFICIAL TO BE ARRANGED BY THECONTRACTOR. In case of any dispute in between attached Tender Document and IRGCC-2022 with latest amendments upto ACS -12, the statement written in IRGCC-2022 with latest amendment will prevail.
Specification written in latest SOR of S&T issued in Feb-2026 will be followed for SOR items and latest specification of RDSO will be followed for items with RDSO specifications.
