Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, incl nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc) sheet in roof covering, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc,built in cement mortor complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or over roof concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded coarse aggregate in roof levelling concrete, laid to slope for further treatment with using integral water proofing compound.(Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm thk graded stone aggregate) as in bed plates, coping etc including necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling for Terrazo tiles or Brick tile laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in roof, channels, kerbs, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes under floor, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Terrazo tiles with grey cement and pigments of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 20 mm thick with size of chips upto 6mm, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing existing water proofing treatment on roof, clean with water and wire brush and applying a coat of of bitumen primer @.30 Ltr/Sqm and providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wave fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- APP membrance shall be laid by torching with 75mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 100mm overlap in transverse direction and finally fisished with a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 grams/Sqm.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or over roof concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position not otherwise provided for, all as specified and as directed.

S&F for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161 1979 grade St-240 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F Pre-coated galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of approved colour having tensil strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall fixed with self taping screws as specified.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets fixed with L-type of J-type or cranked hook bolts in roofs, walls, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II (if applicable) of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
