M&L Post Construction ATT at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying smartcare Hydroloc damp proof in two coats over old or newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces for treating dampness and efflorescence as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old decorated surfaces of wall by complete removal including cornices plaster and other wall features by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distmpered, surface to be repaired by filling putty in holes & depression if required, to obtain even and uniform surface etc and applying two coats of Plastic Emulsion Paint white or tinted over a coat of alkaline resistance primer including necessary arrangement such as scaffolding, trestles, ladders etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical sanding/scrapping using an electrically operated wall sander fitted with an integral dust extraction/vacuum system, variable speed not less than 1500 RPM, using suitable abrasive standing pad (80 grit or as recommended by the manufacturer depending upon the condition of existing surface) to remove loose paint, chalking and other surface contaminants and to prepare the surface for repainting and apply water proof cement based wall putty of approved make in an average thickness of 1 mm to obtain an even and smooth surface, allowing proper drying. Thereafter applying two coat of acrylic emulsion exterior grade weather proof paint by airless spray application using a high-pressure airless spray machine having a maximum working pressure of not less then 3300 PSI, complete with suitable spray gun, hose and accessories capable of achieving a uniform finish, including difficult to reach areas, all in accordance with manufacturer recommendation and directed and including all necessary surface preparation, protection of adjacent surface, masking, scaffolding, staging, ladders, trestles, cleaning of splashes from floor, doors, windows, furniture etc for building upto three storeys complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (I) Mechanical sanding shall be carried out using a wall sander fitted with an effective dust extraction system to minimise dust pollution. (ii) The airless spray equipment shall be of a reputed manufacturer and suitable for application acrylic emulsion exterior grade weather proof paint as recommended by the paint manufacturer. (iii) Measurement shall be taken on the finished surface area actually treated.

M&L for preparation of old (plastered or unplastered) surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (OBD) complete all as specified and directed.
