Note: The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within 24 hours of instruction from Engineer-in-Charge. S&F of cable joints shall be measured & paid seperately.
Material and labour for Disconnecting HT / LT connections from any type of transformers/AVR indoor/outdoor, plinth/ pole mounted any capacity in any location in the 33 KV MRS shifting to workshop for carry out any repair works, as directed install back in original location including re-connection of HT & LT supply system of capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Required tools & plant including lifting arrangement, transport etc shall be included in the rate quoted. (b) Any damage occurred during lifting/ transporting, the firm will be responsible to rectify such defect free of cost.
De-hydration & filtration of transformer/AVR oil by using dehydration and filtration plant by means of Ultra High Vaccum double stage machine to remove impurities from oil such as moisture, dirt, air and other gases at site of installation in running condition of transformer including testing the oil before and after centrifuging from top and bottom of transformer to achieve the di-electric strength of minimum 50KV at 2.5mm gap between electrode withstand for one minute complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Dehydration plant shall be brought at site by the Contractor and shall also include the following provisions :- (a) Testing of transformer /AVR oil before & after dehydration. (b) Contractor will maintain a register of dehydration and filtration of each and every equipment as per format given by Engineer-in-charge and submit the same to Engineer-in-charge. (c) Dehydration will be carried out at site in presence of MES rep.
Supply & filling in replacement transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 50KV to comply IS-335 of 1993 for topping up in different existing Transformers/AVR of any capacity located and installed at different places and different height complete all as specified & directed. Note:The transformer oil shall be brought at site and then as per requirement, oil should be shifted to next site.
Removing of existing damage insulating material from LV Winding , Cleaning the winding and reinsulating the LV Winding with approved grade and make of insulating paper and heating the coil in the heat chamber to obtained desired result of insulating resistence complete and re-installation all as specified & directed.

Calibration of protective relay programmable type in HT VCB panel with carrying out secondary injection test, set the relays in accordance with the supply agency Protection/Tripping range so as to trip the MES breaker before tripping the fault to supplier grid/ system. All parameter in MES breaker tripping setting in relays shall be arranged in such a way that any fault occured in the feeders after the recieving station must not transfer to the suppliers system complete all as specified & directed. Note : The calibration shall be carried from OEM or authorized agency of OEM as approved by the GE. Contractor shall submit the Caliberation certificate to Engineerr-in-charge.

Note : (i) Nuts , bolts, washer, painting, cleaning material, insulation tape, copper wire for circuit wiring and defective HT 11 KV 2 Amp fuse , carrier oiling greasing to charging spring ,replacement of HRC fuse 110/220 volt 5 Amps setting of over current , earth fault relays complete other minor items for repair of breaker shall be deemed in qouated rate. (ii) Replacement of major unserviceable spares/accessories shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule ‘A (iii) During repair work/serviceing work carried out in VCB panel all the existing HT connection/HT cable connected with other VCB for continuous supply to the feeder.

Supply installation commissioning and testing of advance maintenance free enviroment friendly ring earthing system each set consisting of 3 nos of 10 feet long 17.2 mm dia earth electrode made of high tensile carbon steel circular rods moleculerly bound copper on outer surface ( min copper bonding thickness 250 microna) with terminals to connect incomung strip with 3 bags ( 60 kg each) of enviroment friendly portland cement based backfill compound ( Resistivity below 0.15 ohms) for each bore as per manufacturing instruction with ROHs test certificate for each 150x25x6 mm copper bar with 4 hole shall be exothermic welding on top to copper rod to terminal laid in a bore of dia 300 mm which inner dia of size 150 mm fill with backfill material and outer bore filling with 100 kg Bantonite in each bore . 25x3 mm copper strip shall be used to interconnect the earths and to make the ring and earth pit cover polypropylene (300mm x 300mm) duly enclosed in PCC pit of size 600 x 600 x 100 mm shall be included in the scope of work. NOTE- 1. Earthing shall be tested after completion of work by contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge and proper record shall be kept duly signed by all concerned on testing if the earth resistance result is not less than 1.0 ohms than the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt.. 2. Materials and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 3.15 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to copper lead strip 20mm x 3mm upto 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly, watering pipe GI 20 mm bore, light grade 1.5 mtr long & protection pipe GI medium grade 40mm bore upto 7.5 mtr long , wire mesh, funnel,lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation & earthwork in soft/losse soil and refilling pit chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates , RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates pit cover slab 40 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways including necessary form work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I (2009), including testing on completion at site including dismantling/taking out/down of old existing earthing any type complete all as specified & directed. Notes :- (i) Any variation in length of earth lead and protection pipe of earth lead shall be measured & paid seperately. (ii) On testing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be generated at No extra cost, till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (iii) The chamber shall be constructed atleast 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode.

For Credit Schedule, refer tender documents. The amount of credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive contract sum.
