Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil including cutting to required gradient and camber as per formation of road forms/ berms complete all as specified and directed .

Rolling and consolidation formation surface in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller including filling in depression which occur during the prices of rolling of formation to required level, gradient camber and super elevation including necessary watering & filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soiling(or sub base) of granite, trap or basalt stone 200 mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarred stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 cm thick (compacted thickness two layers 7.5 cm thick each layer) WBM with coarse aggregate (granite, trap or basalt) of grading 1 ( 90 mm to 40 mm size), spread rolled and consolidated required gradient and camber by using sand stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for continuous brick edging (with width equal to width of bricks) of whole burnt bricks and laid dry on end verticaly including embedding in ground tamping around bricks and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum filling in floors / road berms laid in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick spread leveled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc seeping with broms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 10 Kg / Sqm of road surface and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm thick (VG-30) with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix with paving bitumen, applied and rolling and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant, transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by means of mechanical paver. (b) Contractor shall quote his rate on this basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any variation in the actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted lower side of binder used however no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in Sch 'A'

M&L RCC hume pipes class NP2 laid and jointed in CM 1:1 complete with collars of 300 mm bore pipe and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC hume pipes class NP2 laid and jointed in CM 1:1 complete with collars of 450 mm bore pipe and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC hume pipes class NP2 laid and jointed in CM 1:1 complete with collars of 600 mm bore pipe and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in floors/ path/ pavements finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finished) any shape and size 80 mm thickness of M-40 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidatioin complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipe with using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under and completely surrounding pipe with concrete after they are laid and tested for 300 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipe with using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under and completely surrounding pipe with concrete after they are laid and tested for 450 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of excavated materials(Soils) to a distance not exc 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for returning filling in soft/loose soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 Complete all as Specified and directed

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfases or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, copings, holdfast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of suitable primer on walls. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (Cement concrete) 1: 3 :6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, concrete filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1: 2 :4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement ,including forms ,moulds,miterd/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and directed.
