Taking out centrifugal pump set, from squirrel cage induction motor capacity upto 25 HP , AC, 3 phase, 415 volts from site after disconnecting of suction and delivery line, taking out to work shop, dismantling pump set for overhauling, replacing u/s shaft sleeve, gland packing, bush, water seal, applying grease etc reassembling the pump set and refixing back at site on the base plate and conneting existing pipe line with nuts, bolts and new gasket, connecting the existing cable etc. checking the pump set for satisfactory working all as directed by EIC including dismantling from foundation with the help of special tools, opening the pump comletely including disconnection of pump from suction pipe and motor and remetaling/grinding/polishing pump shaft, replacement of all defective parts if any (except bearings, impeller, bush & shaft) of existing size, gasket packing etc, complete overhauling and re-assembling, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : repairing shall be done with gurantee during the contract period and any defects after rewinding and servicing of motor shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.

Note : rewinding shall be done with gurantee during the contract period and any defects after rewinding and servicing of motor shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.

Labour only for taking out submersible pump/motor from existing location by disconnecting electric connection of submersible cable from outdoor panel,and taking out submersible pump/motor by using Tripod stand & chain pulley set complete all as directed alongwith taking out of entire column pipe length of any dia alongwith submersible cable, SWR rope from bore well upto a depth of 90mtr complete and redeploying of pump/motor alongwith column pipe,SWR rope, submersible cable etc by taking all necessary precautions including replacement of nuts,bolts and washers complete with rubber gasket of column pipe joints , joining of column pipes and rendering the entire setup functional after reconnecting to outdoor panel and testing thereof including lowering the submersible pump after repair with adopting the above procedure .(Note:- 1. The taking up and redeployment of pump/motor is meant for enhancement of bore wells, replacement of submersible cable,replacement of column pipe,or repair/replacement to pump/motor and all as jobs as mentioned will be measured and paid seperately in respective items. 2. Proper care should be taken while taking up or redeploying of pump/motor with colum pipe from bore wells. All T&P and clamps, nuts/bolts required is inclusive of rates and any damage to borewell while execution of work shall be the responsibility of contractor and he shall be liable for rectification or provision of new bore well if existing one gets damaged due to negligence while execution of job.

M&L for Re-development of borewells by means of air compressor of capacity (not less than 600 cu.feet/minute) followed by high capacity pump to its optimum yield till clear water of portable quality free from sand and silt is obtained including draw down performance and yield test of tube well complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note-compressor shall not be less than 75 BHP or above capacity pumping set equipment for testing yield shall be used)

M&L for Testing (Conducting yield test with" V" notch) by means of pumping set of suitable capacity for continously pumping for 16 hours running to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified (All equipments,fuel etc shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost)

Supply, fixing and testing of submersible electric driven pump only with outer dia of pump not exceeding 150 mm having discharge capacity 5 lps at 90 Meter head (operating head range -113-74 mtr) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Taking out and lowering of pump motor set will be measured and paid separately).

Supply, fixing, connecting electric connections and testing submersible motor only capacity 10 HP 3 phase 415 volts, 50 HZ with outer dia of pump set not exceeding 150 mm suitable to be coupled with pump as mentioned in item no. 18 hereinbefore complete all specified and directed.

M&L for complete rewinding of electric submersibe motor with super enameled copper wire of superior quality as per existing gauge including vanishing, insulating material complete all as directed and greasing, oiling etc and including reassembling fixing in position making connection testing, commissioning & transporting complete. Note :- rewinding shall be done with gurantee during the contract period. Any defects after rewinding shall be rectified by the contractor at his own expanses.

M & L for carrying out following repairing works to submersible motor 3 phase , 415 volts 50 Hz of 10/12.5 HP capacity complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

(a) Stripping of motor complete, taking out warn-out / burnout winding wire complete and rewinding the motor with PVC insulated copper winding wire of appropriate gauge as per manufactures specifications and direction and replacement of following parts and reassembling the complete motor after repairs and replacement of following parts (Note : rewinding of submersible motor will be mesaured and paid seperately).

(i) Thrust plate - 01 No.

Supply and fix in repairs coloum pipe in tubewells, 50mm borex 6 Mtr long galvanized tubing Heavy grade with both ends screwed and fixed with flanges and holed drilled, groves cut for cables flanges 10mm thick, welded to pipe MS flats 20mm x 6mm thick 150mm long to flange and pipe (3 Nos) in each flanged side, replacements of nut bolts and 2 Nos of rubber gaskets. Each coloum pipe 6 mtrs long and ISI marked etc all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repairs MS pipe in existing pipelines, 150mm bore x 6 mtr long galvanized tubing Heavy grade, ISI marked with both ends screwed and fixed with flanges and holed drilled, replacements of nut bolts and 2 Nos of rubber gaskets. etc all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for disconnecting pipelines(delivery, suction,priming, etc.) , electrical connections, accessories/removing the centrifugal pump(motor)set upto 50 hp with proper tools and material including "C"channel from the foundation, keeping aside. Breaking the existing PCC foundation. Contructing new PCC (type C1,1:3:6) foundation of size not less than 2mx.7mx.45 to existing (width and length)diamensions including fixing of new "C' channel of suitable size not less than 85 kg with proper nuts and bolts complete, depth of PCC minimum 45 cms, re-installing and recommissioning the pump(motor)set including refixing of electrical parts as directed and specified by EIC, replacement of rubber coupling (star bush) between coupling, replacement of gaskets/packings at delivery, suction lines, fixing of new antivibration pads (make-dunlop)- 06 nos below channel frame with suitable size fasteners/bolts, nuts,washers, resetting of suction and delivery pipeline as per pump's suction and delivery position. Replacement of bolts, nuts,washers between channel frame and pump. Re-aligning the axis of pump & motor as specified and recommended by pump manufacturer to avoid any parallel or angular misalignment. Reconnecting all electrical connectons, checking the pump set for satisfactory working all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting / taking down carefully existing unserviceable LT panel board / feeder pillar box any type and capacity including all control switches, fitting and fixtures from different location including disconnection of existing electric incomming and outgoing cable and dismantling of PCC platform and make good with existing surface complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install commissioning and testing cubical out door feeder LT panel board of size not less than 1200x1200x450mm, platform mounted, factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof (protection class IP-54, CPRI Approved) double shutter front and back opening with locking arrangement complete supported on angle iron 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick frame work and 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with powder coated paint to all steel surfaces over outside and inside complete including necessary PCC foundation and necessary electrical connection of incomming and outgoing cable with necessary lugs complete all as specified and directed. The panel board shall be suitable for 415 volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system with epoxy type copper bus bar of appropriate size and internal control wiring shall be of insulated multi stranded copper conductor cables (make of Panel : Advance Switch gear / Hensel / Universal / Adhunik or equivalent as approved by GE :-

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm, 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connected to galvanised iron or steel, earth strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of nuts, bolts check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe 15mm bore, medium grade and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), pre-cast RCC cover slab 30 cm x 30 cm x 10 cm with one lifting handle made of 8 mm dia MS bar funnel wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanised iron or steel pipe medium grade for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown in electrical Plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part- I and testing on completion , completed all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MS pipe fitting as bends, tees, collar, branch pieces, cap & plug etc, both ends flange welded complete with replacement of nuts and bolts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
