Replacement of Unsv long rail of charpoy GI pipe with new made of GI tubing 32mm bore med garde ISI marked all as specified in drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge (FD- 220)

Replacement of Unsv elbow with new elbow GI 32mm bore 3 way ISI marked all as specified in drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for removing of unserviceable nylon newar of Charpoy GI pipe and re assembling the same duly electric welding of long/short rail and legs by continuous welding around with the joint complete and provide 03 Nos Flat Iron stiffener of size 40x5mm duly welded in equal distance between 02 long rails. Stiffener should be painted with 02 coat synthetic black enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 12mm thick plywood commercial BWR type ISI Marked on charpoy GI pipe with 18 Nos nuts & bolts of 10 mm dia with GI washer of suitable size both side (04 Nos on each long rail and 02 Nos on each short rail/siiffener) after making holes with drilling machine and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
