M&L for repairs to pot holes of any depth not exc 1.00 sqm each in area including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring the sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth , making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm (using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg. Per 10 Sq. Metres.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by using Paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) as in semi dense asphaltik concrete mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with 8 to 10tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient all as specified and as directed.

M & L for premix dense bituminous macadam(Design Mix) 50mm consolidated thickness with minimum 40-60 TPH bach type HMP using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and cement as a filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finished to the required grade, level and alighnment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tindem roller to achieve the dezire compaction as per MORTH specification clause no 505 complete in all respects, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads centre line,stop lines,dashes,arrows etc. and the like exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS-3262-1989 with special applicator machine fitted with pufill shoe glass beads dispenser pupane tank heater and profile shoe heater with heating arrangement upto 160 degree C driven by experienced operator all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off trafic from work. cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when trafic is light. 2. The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scrach marks or suefaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment untill the desired result is obtained.

Material and Labour for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50mm and not exc 100mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retroreflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved. Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects complete all as specified and as directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of polycorbonate 600mm dia road side safety convex mirror out door type,130-160 degree view, 50m supported by 50mm dia 2mm thick M S pipe and unbreakable frame all as per relevant IS code and as approved including necessary excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation, curing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model no DA 972 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

S & F in repairs Solar Cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x125 mm x 25 mm(Shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 v/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2v/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using (40mm graded crushed stone aggregateas) as in 75 mm thick sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading of M-sand as cushioning to interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for machine presssd Pre-Cast concrete interlocking coloured paving Block of glass fibre reinfoced glossy finished vibro compacted any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thick, M-35 grade to match with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) over concrete or brick masonary wall surface finished even & smoothwithout using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.
